We taxied in, no line service to park us. Arrived on departure day the plane was ramped. Put in a fuel order and waited, and waited. Watched another jet come in and nobody to park them just like our arrival. Finally five linemen came out of the building. They fueled two other jets while I was watching and waiting for my fuel. Finally got a GPU after a 30-minute wait, still no fuel. They have three Jet A trucks but they are only using one. I am a CAA member but I would really have to think about coming back here again, there are other options at Scottsdale.Response from Rick Wielebski, General Manager, Atlantic Aviation
