Landmark was great! Followed them to parking, they took my bags, tied the plane down, topped it off with fuel, and got the rental car papers started all in a matter of seconds (and I own a 172). They really went out of their way to make you feel good. Two thumbs up.

Professional staff provides outstanding service. Every need is anticipated. Fuel, rental car, newspapers, cookies, etc. Offered before you can ask for it. Fuel price was high at the time of my visit, so make sure you check it in advance. Also, an excellent airport for general aviation.

Had a flat tire on landing in a TBM. Maintenance did a great job getting me back in the air. I've always had a positive experience with line personnel so it's nice to know there are qualified mechanics working there too.

Flew my family to KSDL on Saturday, February 9th in our T210. We were only in town for 5 hours. Landmark Aviation was very attentive and generous. They provided us a courtesy car and were all smiles. Thank you.

Was there in our Citation II during the SuperBowl...Over 200 airplanes on their ramp...The line service was fantastic!! The front desk staff was getting abused by some arrogant pilots, and they handled them with a high level of professionalism...I highly recommend this facility!!

Stopped at Landmark in October, 2007, left the plane for the night and had line services fill up with gas and oxygen. Although a bit of delays with ridiculous paperwork for O2, in general the facilities are first class, and the people were generally helpful. We will use them again.

Back about a month ago, I stopped in to drop off some passengers and there was no Marshall to park me, but after I parked myself, one of them rushed up to announce a $50 ramp fee or buy 50 gal. of their very precious 100LL.

Very good service! We have stopped at Scottsdale Air for the past two years and had lousy service. The staff, facilities and service at Landmark was great. We'll be using them for our travel to Scottsdale from now on.

Excellent service on arrival in 182. Quickly marshaled to tie-down, car was requested by radio from tie-down, and by the time aircraft was registered, car had arrived. Fastest in and out of an FBO to date.

WOW! What an outstanding FBO all around! From the experienced line crew to the friendly customer service reps, this FBO is A++!! The new crew lounge is by far one of the best in the country! The morning crew was fabulous. Janet, Kimberly and Christin were very professional and did a tremendous job meeting all our needs. I would definitely recommend Corporate Jets (Landmark??).

Stopped on Jan 14 2007 on a quick fuel turn in a CJ2 and the stuff was great, efficient and courteous. Jamie at the front desk was great! We'll stop again.

I drive a C340A into Scottsdale at least once a year for SIMCOM training. No, I'm not rich either, and every dollar counts! Thanks to AirNav we can plan our flights based on fuel prices. But c'mon folks, these guys are a business, and a business must generate revenue. You cannot use a private business's facilities and expect to pay nothing for their work and liability. Although I don't like paying more for fuel than I have to, I also understand these guys run a business. I have always found them to be friendly and professional, and as fair priced as they can based on the real estate and manpower required to run such an operation.

ATC was having problems with the increased traffic from the NASCAR event. Hertz, while giving it their best effort, was short of cars, but Corporate Jets had no shortage of smiles and good old fashioned Customer Service! On the way out, they handled the billing without a hitch and a faxed copy of the receipt, including discounts I hadn't expected, was waiting at my office on Monday morning. We now have another reason to love Scottsdale-

Angel Flight West: I have been observing the available missions list; one of the more difficult trips to fill is into Scottsdale, AZ. There is a very good reason for this. Their fuel prices (per AirNav) are as high as $5.75 per gallon. Even with an AFW discount, it is still well above $5.00 per gallon. In addition they charge a "ramp fee" of $50 unless 50 gallons of fuel is purchased. Many airplanes (mine included) will hold that much fuel only if the fuel tanks are physically drained--obviously, one doesn't land with completely empty tanks (not legally, anyway). Many other airplanes can't even carry 50 gallons. While Scottsdale would be a very nice trip to undertake, most of us airplane drivers can't afford to be ripped off by obscene fees and fuel prices. Consequently, my advice to my fellow AFW pilots has to be to avoid landing at Scottsdale altogether, unless AFW can find a way to have the ramp fees dropped and get fuel discounts that bring fuel prices to a reasonable level

I've been flying into Corporate Jets for the last 3 years and have had very good service. NOT ANYMORE! I've spent over $30, 000, on fuel with them this year and I'm now told that they will be charging $50 ramp fee if you do not buy 50 gals of fuel. There will be no more crew cars for 100LL customers either. Most of the girls at the front desk are extremely nice and helpful. I will be changing FBO's because of the changes. I can't always take on fuel.

I always go into Corporate Jets for simCom training and I was quite SURPRISED at the additional $50 ramp fee plus $6/night ramp fee This was new since last year. I'll probably NOT stop at SDL AGAIN under these circumstances. I could have purchased OVERPRICED fuel (50gal) and had the fee removed.....If they are looking to'cut down' on the use of SDL this should help....Service is great...But not that great in my opinion.

Have been basing my PC-12 temporarily at Corporate Jets for several weeks. Front desk, line, and maintenance services have been exceptional. They park my car on departure and meet the airplane with the car on arrival, and will occasionally wash the car while I am out flying at no charge. Hangar rent is not inexpensive, but less than I would have to pay at my principal base on the East coast. The airplane is usually fueled and back in the hangar within 15 min of arrival. Wish I could find this level of service at the other airports I frequent.

First rate service. I'd called ahead for a rental car; they pulled it out on the ramp, and did the paperwork right there. Very friendly - I'd certainly use them again. $15 nightly parking fee.

Flew in over Thanksgiving in my Cirrus for a 2 night stay. Line staff was waiting as I taxied into Marshall the aircraft to a parking location. Shuttle to hotel was already called and waiting. Fueled right away per my request (I like to supervise). No ramp fee with my (45 gallon) fuel purchase, just a $5/night airport tie down fee. Fresh cookies. Smiling faces. Everything handled perfectly.

Arrived on 9/16/05, and was met with fast courteous service as always, on departure on 9/17 I was surprised to be billed $50.00 for an FBO fee (I was not notified of this on my arrival), I was told they would wave it with a 50 gallon minimum fuel purchase, I told them that all it would take at this time would be around 20 gallons. They were very polite took my $50 plus city tie-down and gave me a bottle of very expensive water.
