Fantastic service from this team even with their ramp closure. After the dust storm, they took the initiative to wash down our aircraft that we had just details the day before. Nice work!

Can't say enough about the nice folks at Landmark. Called Lisa Thomas, P.M. Manager, late last night to let her know a PNP Pilot was coming in.. She immediately set up a .60/gal discount off posted price She made sure that the A.M. Manager Deborah Moore knew 'we' were coming.. Deborah immediately asked the adopter if she would like to ride in the golf cart out to the plane to meet her new pup! They had water for hound and pilot and cookies for the pup (sorry Greg LOL) VERY nice people and want to be more involved with PilotsNPaws!!

Landmark was excellent. Everything you might want. Ice-cold water bottle was much appreciated on arrival. SDL is a busy airport and that applies to the ramp as well. Landmark helps make it all work.

I've been back through KSDL in our single piston twice more. Line and front desk has been good every time. Not fantastic, but professional and helpful. My impression is Scottsdale is more an airport for the corporate jet set, but Landmark handled us well. The fifth star is for their maintenance department, which helped us out enormously on our most recent trip. We had a minor mechanical problem noticed in pre-flight. The MX chief took one of his mechanics off a job to go straight to our plane. The mechanic was very friendly, smart, and got the problem fixed quickly to get us on our way. Much appreciated.

Good service from the FBO for our single piston. Easy parking, efficient fueling, nice quick help getting us a town car to take us to our hotel. It's expensive gas, but reasonable for the location and service level. Would be glad to go back.

6/20/10 visit - I have mixed feelings also, called and made reservation in advance and was told $5 tiedown but was charged $15 - maybe my fault for not contesting, but be aware!!! Also more importantly was not told about the requirement on top of overnight fee to buy 7 gallons of gas or pay $25 ramp charge - in the facility directory that should not be based on my single engine piper. Great service, high fees, unless you have to be there, both DVT and FFZ are more price accommodating to piston aircraft. I just wanted to land there once, but I won't be back.

I have mixed feelings about this airport. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming to our 182, and us but the receptionists were all very slow - their computer system must be just awful. In addition, I asked to be topped off for a max-range flight on Sunday. I had to delay a day and when I arrived on Monday they said I had been topped off that morning - but when I checked the tanks it had not. I had to call them back and they added 20 (!) gallons - if I had not checked them I would have run out of gas about 15 minutes short of my destination. Enterprise is in the FBO and is very good.

To all captains, planners, and dispatch personnel: Do NOT use Transtyle transport. One of our passengers/guest needed to be transported to the Sky Harbor airport and Landmark arranged this transfer. The passenger, who is actually a female police officer by profession was treated extremely rude, accused of trying to cheat the driver out of the fare, told to "stay put," and in general just spoken to very aggressively and improperly. It almost involved a 911 call from the passenger to resolve this issue. This transport was a direct-bill arranged through Landmark. Landmark customer service was of no help in fixing the problem. Again, I strongly caution about using Transtyle.

Amazingly GREAT service from EVERYONE at Landmark Scottsdale during several visits recently. Really went out of their way to be helpful in all ways; even though I was flying a Cessna 182, they treated us like a G5! Fuel is expensive at Scottsdale, but only tie-down cost was $5/nt for the city. Look forward to another visit to this Landmark location soon.

Flew in on a Friday and was marshaled in, parked between a Citation and a Hawker. I felt cool and important. After I left they put my Cirrus into a hangar for the night. Prices were great and I felt like I was their #1 customer.

Landed 3/28/09 for two nights with my C182. I was welcomed and treated like I was the most important customer they ever had. Gracious & professional. Brought my rental car to the plane and were just as courteous when I was about to leave. They're terrific folks and my first choice at Scottsdale. I find Landmark to be great wherever they are!

Good service for a quick turn in a King Air on a busy Sunday morning. At the counter they made me wait my turn behind several pilots of light piston planes who were ahead of me. Humility is good for the soul.
