Mike is a great guy! We flew in on a Sunday and when we arrived, we found the place to be deserted. While we had not planned on needing any fuel or anything, we were just there to hang out. Right before we got back in the plane, we were approached by Mike himself. He said he saw us on final approach and came back to see if we needed anything. Now that right there is customer service.

Saturday is not a good day to lose a starter. Mike at Richland Air Service saved us by staying and doing a perfect job at replacing it for us! Don't go anywhere else. They are good folks. Thanks Mike!
