I flew in yesterday for a few hours for a meeting. Very nice FBO. Very prompt and friendly service. They gave me a crew car. Fuel prices were reasonable. Why doesn't the downtown airport have any services? I called them first assuming they were better. They have more expensive fuel and no crew cars. I recommend SGF for a trip to Springfield.

Stopped by for a quick turn, but they parked my single far away from the empty front of their facility. A very neutral experience - too bad storms kept me from making it to my planned stop.

Stopped by 4/20. Great dedicated GA facility and clean later-model crew cars, plus easy in & out. Nice airport and good FBO.

If you call ahead, Beverly and Cindy, who are the most friendly and helpful ladies, will make sure that your rental car is waiting upon your arrival, your airplane is well taken care of, and provide whatever support you might need.

The self-service pump at SGF is currently out of service. If you tell the operator that your intention was to get fuel at the self-service pump, they will honor the SS price.

John and Robin were outstanding when we diverted in for an alternator problem in our Cardinal RG. John met us at the airplane, tied it down and helped with the bags and my wife's electric scooter, despite the 40-degree temperatures and 25 mph winds. Robin found us a cheap rental car to get us home to St Louis, and was very helpful in coordinating maintenance. Overall, they both provided world-class customer service, and we'll definitely have Springfield on our list of favorite stops in the future.

This was my second visit to Springfield airport, I will definitely return due to great service by everyone I interacted with. Branson is a bit of a misnomer; Branson is about a 45-minute drive south. You can land closer at PLK if you are looking to get into the Branson scene. But do not overlook stopping here! Great facilities and great people to serve you.

I can recommend this stop. Unplanned stop here due to weather. Nice clean facility with helpful service. Hotels nearby at crew rates and free shuttles. I didn't notice until after takeoff - they washed my windscreen! Haven’t had such services since the guys in the white hats and dino shirt patches. Thanks!

Stopped here and was able to "quick turn" a 172 ha-ha. We were in a hurry and they were great! Great line guys.

I was in last week on an Angel Flight mission. Even though I did not take on fuel a small bus met us at my plane and took us the short distance to the FBO building. Everyone was very friend, a great stop!

Super service. I cannot say enough good things about this FBO. Everyone from the Ramp to the Front desk really help me make two quick turns. Thanks I will be back.

Good staff behind the desk, very friendly and filled the fuel order without delay. Tower personnel great from approach to shut down.

When we were there last week they had three crew cars, nice late models. You get three hours free, but the extra charge if you go over is cheaper than a rental car; check this out before you call Thrifty. Fuel was $$ but service was outstanding. Desk personnel got us a better rate at a local motel than our AAA discount. The hotel van was there in 10 minutes and got us back in the morning. KSGF is a FedEx hub and can get busy, but the tower handled our Mooney just like the big jets. **** (Four stars)

I flew into Springfield to visit my old school and stomping ground. You expect good public transportation out of Midway Chicago or Linden to visit New York City, but Springfield? The FBO shuttled me to the main terminal where the city buses make regular stop. In minutes you can be anywhere in Springfield. No need to rent a car, worry about parking or mapping a route. When I returned, the shuttle was prompt and my plane was ready. I'm impressed!

I stopped at SGF on March 17th and 24th for fuel. Great facilities and service. The crew car was available for a quick hop to the Marriott for lunch. Each time we flew our helicopter in, they parked us about 1/4 north of the FBO, but they also had a mini-bus there to shuttle us. The line guys were very careful not to spill fuel or scratch the paint. I'd recommend SGF.

The price of fuel is not what they advertise on AirNav. They add about 30 cents in taxes on top of what they tell AirNav. The self-serve is a long walk to the FBO and the privy.

Stopped in here on the wednesday night before Thanksgiving. Fuel prices were decent, especially considering it's a class C airport. The staff was very friendly and the accomodations, including the crew car were very nice. I'll definitely be stopping back in Springfield again.

I spent a week in Springfield on business and the service here was outstanding!! Everyone goes out of their way to make sure everyone is happy. They treat the small guys with just as much enthusiasm as the big corporate jets. Thanks!!

These folks were a perfect example of why GA is so popular. I am ashamed to say I have lost the name of the wonderful lady who booked our car, collected show information for us, made our hotel reservations, and generally made us feel like royalty, but I want to thank her profusely for an incredible experience, since she was off duty when we arrived. Thanks a million!! We will be back! What a great experience!

I had a great experience flying into Springfield. The linesman was there to park me and gave me and my passengers a cart ride up to the FBO. My passengers' rental car was waiting and ready to go too. Everyone was nice and fueling up was a quick process.
