Stopped in for a brief 5 hour visit from Columbia. Was met by ground crew. Escorted my pax to the terminal where their crew car was ready. Took my fuel order planeside. After I went inside to use the restroom, the plane had been fueled and the dirty windshield looked spotless. Very professional service.

A # of us landed at SGF to avoid a thunder cell and even tho we did not buy gas, they gave us outstanding service in picking us up at the plane and tieing us down.

Came in back in October in a C172 for fire training and call a head to let them know. In return they give me a great fuel price. Got the self-serve price for paying cash and it came with all the full service perks. Made a second stop in February and got the same thing again. Thanks to Beverly and everyone there. It is nice to see another FBO beside mine to give such good service.

Good service, but watch out for fees. Purchased over 1000 gallons of Jet A and was still charged ~130 in fees for a 10 minute stay. Would return for a visit, but never again for a quick turn. Too much $$$$.

I learned to fly here-40 yrs ago. Returned on trip to Oshkosh. It has changed a bit, for the better. The City run FBO arranged rental car and motel. Very good service from line and desk staff. A great mid-continental stopover.

Always a very good FBO for service and amenities, with pax and crew in mind. Crew cars most always available. Good fuel price.

I had a great experience here with the FBO, they bent over backwards to take care of me. I would caution against renting a car from AVIS though, even with Avis' great screw-ups, the FBO took care of me, even late at night. Thanks for the great service

The staff at SGF are very competent - from the line guys to the receptionists; they do everything well. I fly in here about once every two months, and have never been disappointed. Even after hours, my rental car is ready and I am on my way in no time. I highly recommend this airport!

Absolutely first rate! The people are extremely nice, the fuel prices are reasonable, and they went well out of their way to be accommodating. We barely beat a snowstorm to arrive, and although they don't have hangars, they worked it out with Bass Pro Shops who hangared us at a very reasonable price. They gave us a ride to the hotel, insisted on getting my wife and son out of the cold and then coming back to help me with bags. One of the best FBO experiences I've ever had.

With a daughter attending college in the area, I find myself flying to Springfield pretty often. It's only a 30 minute hop from here so I have to make an effort to go low on fuel and top off at the FBO. Whether I spend any money or not, these folks are always fantastic. It's a great FBO and the people are friendly and helpful. Can't ask for any more from an FBO.

We used as a refueling stop to and from Oshkosh, and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Offered a crew car to go and get lunch and even cleaned the windows. Great Service!

We use KSFG and the general aviation terminal several times a year. Robin seems to be there most of the time and has been wonderful with customer service. The entire staff has always been courteous and helpful. Great service.

Agree with the other comments about the nice, friendly folks at the FBO. But the whole reason we stopped here was to have the oxygen topped off for tomorrow's flight. Discovered that oxygen is provided by another business on the field and is only provided during normal business hours Monday thru Friday. So, if you need oxygen, stopping here on a weekend is a bust.

One night layover on April 21. Exceptionally friendly folks and nice clean facility. Next time we'll make Springfield our destination and not just a stop over! But don't plan to hangar your plane, as the rates are pretty steep ($150~ night for single engine at some of the private hangers around the field).

I've flown to KSGF a number of times over the past year, and each time, the service has been great. Both by the prompt and helpful linemen, and the nice and helpful lady behind the counter (sorry that I forgot your name!). The FBO is perhaps one of the best I have visited in terms of cleanliness, design and availability of resources for the transient pilot. Although my school pays for the fuel expenses, I'm pleasantly surprised that the costs have not been prohibitively large. Overall, if I were a plane owner, I would visit Springfield every chance I could get. Great FBO and great service, even if it is just for a quick turn.
