  Very bubbly personality! Great help!

HORRIBLE! Worst FBO I have EVER dealt with in 40 years of flying. It may be different if you pull up in G40 or Citation X. Have never been here before so not sure where to park. No line personnel anywhere. Finally pull up to the GA tie down area and find chains and hooks that are for securing D6 Cats to a truck not tying down an airplane. Then inside there is no CSR - only a young woman that is clueless. Never once said "Hello" or ask if we needed anything. We have a lot of luggage and I ask if there is a cart available to carry all of our gear from ramp. Even though there is a cart she said we could drive our car on the ramp. When I told her we have no car (car from Hertz not there yet), she just looked at me with a blank look. NO ONE EVER asked if we need fuel or assistance. Returned 3 days later and drove on ramp to unload. NO ONE EVER asked if we need fuel or help even though lineman sees us. Noticed he did drive a Gulfsfream pilot in golfcart to his aircraft.

The self-serve 100LL is located on the west side of the airport away from the FBO and with no nearby restrooms that I could locate. I got the distinct impression that self-serve is not encouraged at KSGU as it certainly is not at all convenient.

First time at the new airport here. Line service was exceptional. Couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. Great. However, the CSR at the desk inside was about the most tuned-out, indifferent CSR I can remember. She clearly hated being there and I felt like I was interrupting her pouting session. Nice facility, good line staff, but hire a new CSR.

Traveled to Las Vegas for a conference. Drove up to St. George for a scenic flight over the Grand Canyon. Above View went above and beyond to make my trip a memorable and enjoyable one...
From Matt Bigler on 21-May-2017

My experience with Above View FBO came up short of the service I've experienced with other FBOs through my professional flying career. They dropped the ball when they assured me they would set up a rental car for my passengers. They didn't get me ice after they said they would. They simply didn't provide professional service. All the employees were nice, but not very well equipped for corporate customers. This FBO seems to be more suited for smaller aircraft as far as customer service goes.

Logan was exceptionally helpful, and did all he could to assist, in spite of the fact that the desk receptionist did not show up that day. If you need a hotel, try to get one that offers an airport shuttle service. It's a $35 cab ride between the airport and town, each way.

Perfect experience.... Great staff, honest!!!! Felt like I was at home.

Completed my IFR checkride in the area. Last approach showed some engine problems. Staff at above view was very helpful. Brad in the shop found a plug with a cracked insulator cleaned all of the plugs and replace the bad one. He did this in under an hour and I am writing this from Farmington due to the great service. I have been here many time and always have great service.

I've frequented this FBO quite a bit for work. A really beautiful location nestled on the Utah/Arizona border. In the evenings when I've flown in, it's usually fairly quite (which adds to the ambiance of the airport). Good customer service from the line guys. Kudos to Rob, for being a hard worker. I won't be flying in here as often anymore, due to work changes. However, I've had a good time making my stops at this FBO.
From Dave Wurfel on 22-May-2016

Short flight from Mesquite over to KSGU. Great airport. A bit out of town. Was immediately greeted by fuel truck. Lineman was understanding of my self fueling need. Pump was really fast. Folks at the FBO lent me a great little crew car to go into town. Very clean facility and "happy to be there" crew was great to work with.

Pleasant and courteous line staff. In for quick drop off past weekend. Beautiful FBO with majestic scenery. Thank you.
From CFI Vince on 03-Apr-2016

No line personnel met us when we landed at about 1130am on a Sunday. Nobody around when we left a few hours later either. Disappointing customer service. FBO building and pilot lounge is new, nice and clean. Pilot lounge is very nice too.
From Dave Williams on 07-Mar-2016

This is our favorite stop on our way to Salt Lake. Excellent, clean modern building. Vending machines for snacks and drinks, free popcorn, friendly staff. Fuel price is also reasonable. Suggestion: Post the number of some of the delivery services or restaurants willing to bring food to the field. I would love to be able to order some sandwiches and have them delivered when I stop for fuel. Thanks for doing a great job!
From Lance & Carrie Hall, N55129 on 28-Sep-2015

Chris was very helpful giving us a ride to the rental car. Entire staff very professional, reasonable full service fuel and no charge for a tie down. Other FBO's could learn a lot from this level of service, first rate all the way.
From Joe Gotzler on 18-Aug-2015

We had a flat tailwheel on departure and Logan couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. He is the kind of employee that gets your business 5 stars.
From Jamie MacDougall on 18-Aug-2015

We used Saint George as a stopover point from SoCal to Aspen. The personnel were quick to assist us in refueling our plane. The FBO building was beautiful. We will definitely stop here again!
From Mark Dymond on 17-Jul-2015

We arrived in a single engine plane, and desk personnel didnít seem too interested in assisting us. We opted for the self-serve. The building is very new and beautiful.
