After reading the previous comments I was pleasantly surprised by the way everyone from the people on the phone to the lineman who was waiting for me even before we got to their ramp. Called the previous day to see about a courtesy car and was told it would be waiting for me when we arrived. Easy in and out of the field, great attitudes and nice people to deal with. Would highly recommend Bighorn Airways.

Our aircraft are there on a pretty regular basis. Staff is friendly. As a scheduler I highly recommend Jimmy John's for catered food. They have always been prompt and don't mind labeling each bag with the pilot or passenger's name.

Just flying around Wyoming for the day. Stopped into Sheridan for fuel. Was ignored by line-staff, seemed to be very unprofessional. Another line-staff was just standing there smoking. Paid for fuel, WOW the most expensive fuel in the state and terrible service will never stop by again.

Friendly and efficient. Arrived Labor Day weekend wanting to fish the Big Horn, but no car reservation. The line guy relayed my request for a car by radio before I even walked inside the FBO. I found out that AVIS was out of cars and Enterprise was closed :( At least I knew this before I unloaded all of my gear. They fueled me quickly with medium fuel prices and I was on my way (to another fishing destination :) )

Bighorn suffers from comparison with Eagle Aviation at Spearfish, where we based immediately before. At Eagle Jason took my contact information and booked a car and room for me directly. On arrival Laura was on top of everything. In contrast, Bighorn is strictly DIY. It's not that they're unfriendly or didn't tie us down promptly and securely. But one would think that if tiny Eagle Aviation at KSPF can provide great concierge service to a Skylane jockey, Bighorn in much larger Sheridan could, too. Instead, they merely provided phone numbers and had us fend for ourselves with Avis (which was great, and delivered the car to plane-side) and Best Western (Bighorn does have a great rate). The front desk didn't remember who we were, even though I spoken to them the day before. Upon our arrival 3 or 4 Bighorn employees were chatting behind the desk and oblivious to us. Bighorn IS the only game in town; the front desk would do well, however, to stop acting like it.

Stopped there for an overnight enroute to Jackson. Very friendly and efficient service. Town itself is lovely and well worth exploring. We left a day before I planned because the temperature was forecast to approach 100 but I'll definitely go back - both for the area and the excellent service at Bighorn.

Great, GA friendly airport. Snack and soda machines inside. Everything you need for a quick turn on a fuel stop.

Stopped here to get some custom covers fitted for my C206 at Kennon Covers and ended up needing some light maintenance. The folks were very helpful and the work was done within the hour. Great service here! Excellent facility and very friendly. Make sure you park where the ramp personnel indicate, as they need the area in front of the FBO for their charter services, as well as air ambulance loading/unloading.
