Flew in on 10/9 with some friends for a day at CP. $15 shuttle to the park, and 25gal of 100LL. No parking fee, and the staff was very friendly. Will be back if heading to CP again!

We arrived on 9/24/2011 for a visit to Cedar Point a little later than intended due to a departure delay. Enterprise does not have an agreement with KSKY and will not leave a car there, so when I called them at 12:03 PM, they were already gone (they leave at 12:00 on Saturdays). We were staying in one of the park hotels, so we just took the $25 shuttle. That worked out better anyway. Griffing staff was friendly and helpful. They waived the landing fee with fuel purchase, and the overnight fee was minimal.

Nothing but praises for the staff! $10 landing fee for leisure flights; waived with fuel purchase. Shuttle service provided by the FBO to Cedar Point $15 one way, $25 round trip. Well worth the trip!

Nice, friendly staff. Close to Cedar Point with prompt shuttle service to and from the park up until 7pm. This is definitely where you want to go if you're going anywhere near Sandusky or the Lake Erie islands.

The line staff was very friendly and welcoming. Did not waive the landing fee with a fuel purchase of over $200.00, which seems petty. Overall a very good experience and incredibly close to Cedar Point.

They took good care of my passengers, the Piper Warrior and myself. Bought 13 gallons of reasonably priced fuel, paid for the Cedar Point shuttle and the landing fee was waived. Nice people.

I recently spent two days in the Sandusky area and the entire staff at Griffing Flying Service were all great. The line personnel did me a special favor in putting my airplane in the hangar for a couple of days at a reasonable rate.... I'll definitely be back!

As many other pilots have described, the folks at Griffing are top-notch. Flew in 7/22 with kids...Timely shuttle service, friendly, very nice airport. The only way to fly to Cedar Point in my opinion.

Very nice and cordial. Stayed 4 nights in June. The owner put my Mooney in to a hangar one evening due to impending thunderstorms with hail/ wind. He only charged the normal daily tie down rate. It was very nice of Grifffing Air Service to take a personal interest in my aircraft. Thanks

Had failed charging system on the way to Teterboro in my PA32 Lance. Called and asked if a mechanic could stay late and have a look. The Griffing mechanic (Mark) troubleshooted the system for several hours past closing. Took me to a local Quality Inn and had the parts (new alternator) and had me going next morning. They operate quite a few Piper aircraft there and run a very clean and well stocked operation. Thanks everyone!

Another great experience with Griffing. Friendly, personal service. They continue to be an example of what makes general aviation so great in this country.

We visited SKY and Griffing Flying Service on our visit to Cedar Point yesterday. $35 for parking and transportation to and from the front gate at Cedar Point. Mr. Griffing himself worked on what was supposed to be his day off running the shuttle! First class operation! One note, there are tiedown chains instead of ropes. I would suggest bringing some rubber gloves because the chains are a little rusty, and some 1/4" x about 2 inch bolts with nuts. It is possible to tie the chains in knots, but a little more difficult. I'm sure that Griffing would have supplied whatever we needed also.

Good people great service only way to go for Cedar Point. Shuttle service makes staying on a park property the best option IMHO. Great experience with a family owned operation check out their nice Apache also.

July 8th, 2009. This was my first visit to Griffing. Probably the most enjoyable experience I've had at an airport. Shuttle service to and from Cedar Point was fast and on time. The girls at the desk were awesome (sorry I cant remember your names), if you’re on facebook, add me!! Look forward to flying in again:)

Few in a week ago for a couple days at Cedar Point. What a great way of getting to the Point. The staff at SKY did a fantastic job of accommodating family and aircraft. Shuttle to/from the Point was fast.
