Stopped here at sundown on 27 Oct for an unexpected overnight. Ramp service for tiedown was excellent. Courtesy car available. Community information provided. Facilities made us think we were in the lobby of a 5 star hotel. But we worried about the takeoff with our Cessna 182. The runway is only 12300 feet long!!!! We'll stop again. Many thanks.

Great efficient stop. In 15 minutes they fueled the plane, I checked weather and filed, family used the facilities and had some popcorn and snacks. Fast, friendly and decent fuel prices. Thanks - I'll stop again.

Good stop. Needed an overnight and they provided a courtesy car to the motel. Had plane in hangar for warm early start. Definitely recommend.

America Jet has always been a top-notch operation. I fly all over the country and there are many fine FBOs. America Jet is still my favorite. If you are lucky, Jerry Moore will be around. One heck of a good man. Sometimes the airport bums will be in the lobby trading tales and great aviation wisdom. The mechanics are very talented and get problems solved quickly. The line staff will make you want to come back for more of their great service and hospitality.

Great service all the way around. Winds were howling on Sunday when we stopped here on a Pilot's n Paws Animal Rescue mission. The people could not have been nicer chocking the plane down and allowing the rescue dog that we had to relax inside while we were waiting on the people to pick her up. Had to wait a couple of hours for the winds to die down somewhat and caught a quick nap in a comfy recliner in the pilots lounge. All in all a terrific experience. Thanks so much for all you help.

Terrific FBO! Line Service is right there waiting for me and a fuel truck rolls up before I can get the door open. SLN is known for quick-turns, so you better let them know if you don't want a quick turn or your head will spin at this great group of LSTs. CSRs are great!

We diverted to SLN due to failed alternator. Tower suggested American Jet for any mx needs. Their mechanic Bob had the cowling off while the engine was still ticking warm. They located an alternator in Wichita, which I drove to retrieve, and had us back in the air soon after I returned with it. Superb service from super nice folks. Thank you!

2/10/08 needing quick fuel with 3 Super Cubs "hurrying" back to Oklahoma from Montana, we taxied to the ramp; having not researched a fuel stop here we flipped a coin and went to the other FBO... Getting set for a dark leg home I tested my landing lights and pop. Checked on a mechanic (8:00 pm on a Sunday, no help at all not even a we'll try). Called America Jet (other FBO) and WOW, they would call someone in and call back. Within 5 minutes they called and I taxied to their hangar (almost a mile away) to be warmly greeted and have a mechanic who had just flown in offer to stay and take care of my problem (while his family waited patiently and I ate a free pizza). They got me on my way (very reasonable $$). Talk about a class act, we got out of SLN within an hour of calling. Thanks all and I'll go out of my way to do business with America Jet at SLN anytime I'm near.

I was in there on the 1st of July to drop off some pilots to pick up another aircraft and we needed a quick turn and a quick snack. We got both and it was great. Thanks for the Quick gas and the free popcorn, I would highly suggest stopping in for at least some popcorn and the lemonade. Thanks guys.

Spectacular service. We stopped here for an overnight, and they really did a great job taking care of us -- they have a negotiated rate at a good hotel ($60 @ Country Inn & Suites) and gave us the courtesy car overnight. We got stuck due to weather for the better part of the next day, but it made it much more tolerable hanging out in a nice comfortable facility. No tie-down fee. Although their fuel isn't the cheapest around, the great service makes up for it. We'll be back when we're in this part of the country.

We recently stopped in Salina for fuel and noticed a brake leak on our King Air. The Maintenance Department at America Jet retrieved our aircraft from the competing FBO, and fixed the problem that night. Their maintenance charges were very fair, and their fuel prices are good. They also helped us with ground transportation and hotel reservations with our un-scheduled overnight. Thanks to America Jet, we were able to stay on our schedule with minimal difficulties. Thanks very much for your help. We'll be back. Highly recommended!
