So far I have called Sunrise Avition twice and each time talked to a gentleman named Bill. My inquiry ranged from asking about aircraft available and rental to allowing other CFIs to instruct there. While I don't expect a free pass, I do expect courteous communication from any business. I don't believe Bill knows about customer service, as he seemed very rude and short. I respect Michael Church as I read all your training columns and I would have loved to visit Sunrise and get a check out there, but I think I will pass. Have a nice day.
