From Richard Jaffe on 25-Mar-2008: What a nice bunch of people. They stayed late for my arrival. Had a reasonable rate for hangar. They even cleaned the bugs off my windscreen without even asking. Fuel prices reasonable for the times. A good stop if you are in the area.

We had an electrical issue prior takeoff and they did everything possible to get us back up and flying. A family ran business which made us feel like one of the family on our visit. If you're in the area fly in and see for yourself! Thanks again everyone!

They knew we were coming and waited 45 minutes to verify that our local ride was in the parking lot before leaving for the evening. That's service that just blew me away! Very nice FBO office area that any guests would apprciate. Most times there, there is a private jet waiting, but we are always attended to in a timely fashion. Don't feel like the little fish in a big pond with this FBO. (we fly small Cessnas 152, 172 & 182)
From Steve Lupinacci on 25-Sep-2005: Once in a while an alert FBO helps snatch success from the jaws of disaster. Express Flight is one of those great FBO's. In a fit of stupidity, I left my business laptop to charge in their flight planning office as I flew off to the east coast. Over Illinois, I realized my mistake. Not to worry, the team at Express flight retrieved it, packed it gently and overnighted it (Saturday delivery, no less) to save the rest of my trip. Next time I do a "quick turn" at an FBO, I'll remember that even though we're just passing through, these folks are really professionals! Thanks for the service above and beyond.
