Last week I flew in to attend a meeting at Freed Hardeman University in Henderson. Chris told me they'd have a courtesy car waiting, and after we landed Mark started the car and had it warm by the time we were ready to go (it was a chilly day). I can't remember a friendlier group of people. Selmer should be very proud to have this airport. And this FBO.

I brought a group of third graders out to the airport for a field trip, and little did I know the treat I was in for! Chris Tull was an excellent tour guide, very personable, professional, and caring. There was some incredible opportunities which presented themselves during our time there, and Chris took EXTRA time out of his day to grab them, making our field trip there one of the VERY BEST of the year. In fact, this happened almost a year ago, and I'm just now writing this review with the greatest of memories! I was reminded because in a couple of days I'm taking a group of boys there, aged 13-16, hoping some take interest in pilot studies. With Chris as our enthusiastic guide, I'll be surprised if one of them does not walk away with a new direction for life! Selmer, you have a great airport, and a great airport manager. My wife Tami and I diverted here for weather enroute from St Pete FL to Jackson TN late on 11-18-10. I still had to get to Jackson that night. These guys bailed me out by hangaring my airplane and loaning me their car to make connections in Jackson. The hangar fee was super reasonable and I gassed up their car in appreciation for the use. These guys are the ones folks people talk about when saying airport people take care of each other. Chris, Manager, and Mark, Line Operations run a first class operation at Sibley. This airport is impressive in its service to the public and its growth thru the FAA Grant Program. This is one super nice, modern and well-run little airport--a great community asset! Winston, Chris' golden retriever and unofficial airport greeter really owns the airport but he'll let you use it if you bring a treat...

Excellent staff. Very helpful in all ways. They went the extra mile for me. Would recommend anyone stop by and use this airport.
