I was charged $75.00 a night to tie down my Mooney for 2 nights even though I topped off. Their service is great but $75.00 a night? - Outrageous even for New York.

Excellent service and courteous staff provided a pleasant experience, but the shear number of Netjets pilots at this busy base made it impossible to gain access to internet/weather or a place to sit and rest. The FBO should consider a crew lounge for transients who may need to get work done or rest on the road.

For the last 13 years, First Aviation has been the only FBO that I have used at TEB and that changed yesterday. I have visited their facilities while flying everything from a King Air 90 to a Jetstar; but yesterday, while flying a King Air 350, they showed their true colors. I made it all the way to the front of the ramp area, which was mostly empty, before line personnel came quickly out of their new facility waving our aircraft off. They turned us around and lead us to a remote location. It was obvious that we were not welcome up front, and the line personnel confirmed they are under orders not to allow Turbo Props "up front". Customer Service personnel at the front counter also confirmed the owner's policy. Don't get me wrong, they provided a shuttle bus, but this is not the way they should be treating a customer utilizing their facility. I didn't purchase 1000 gallons this time; but over the last 13 years, I'm sure that I have purchased many times that amount. I'll not purchase another gallon in the future regardless of what I'm piloting.

Arrived at TEB on a busy Monday evening, and the two linemen that met us on the ramp were EXTREMELY helpful and courteous. They promptly parked our small piston aircraft in an out-of-the-way location to keep it safe. They were also responsive, and when I noted that the Gulfstream-sized wheel chocks were just not going to work, they procured smaller wooden chocks that fit nicely under the wheel pants. Thanks for the service, guys! Facilities were new and very modern, but more suited for the jet traveler - we were one of two piston single engine aircraft on the ramp. Downside was the $75/night tie down fee seemed to be pretty steep for a piston aircraft, and the fuel prices were fairly high. I think that I would check out one of the other FBO's on the field for general aviation service on a future trip.

My previous visits were better and I will give them the benefit of the doubt because they just moved into their new facility. Having said that, I arrived on Thursday in the jet and asked to be scheduled for refueling on Sunday at 2:30 I also asked if they needed my CC ahead of time, they said no. I called at 1:30 on Sunday to confirm the refuel and was told that they could not do it until I gave the CC, in person. I got there at 2:30 and waited 1.5 hours for them to fuel us. By the way if you used NetJets with catering out of First this weekend, look at the silverware. I watched as the dirt blew in from the always-open door all over the plates, glassware and silverware. Their answer, just use a rag to clean it off.

If you make it to Teterboro airport you have got to stop at First Aviation. The staff is great. They make you feel like you are the most important person on the field no matter what you are flying. I taxied to First Aviation on a King Air 200 and I was the only turbo prop on the ramp but they made us feel like number one. The line staff parked us already had a bus to carry our passengers to the FBO and had three line personnel helping us load the baggage. The CSR people are second to none. The FBO has all of the services you want. They have the cheapest fuel on the field. The day before we left I needed oxygen service and called to request the oxygen be serviced. Even though it was snowing and had freezing rain and it was 10 degrees with 40 knot winds they cheerful said they would get right on it. Talk about service. I would highly recommend First Aviation for all of your needs.

$75/day ramp fee minimum for smallest planes. Not waived with fuel purchase. Only interested in jets.

First Aviation provided great service and had very reasonable fuel prices. I would definitely recommended them if you are going to TEB.

We bring our PC12 in every 3 weeks or so and each time we arrive these men and women seem to really enjoy having us there. They are an exclusive NetJets facility but go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome, a breath of fresh air down there. Fuel prices are cheaper than most people and shuttles to and from the hotels are simple. I highly recommend coming here to be treated better than any of the other FBO's on the field.

It is the cheapest fuel now in TEB for avgas. Not fun price, but service is ok, and it is a consequence of the convenience to NY. Ok place to stop.
