The Meridian team absolutely shined during our stay with you this past weekend. Anthony took excellent care of us, making it a mission to get our passengers hotel rooms in Manhattan at the last possible minute. Thank you, Anthony, for the excellent service you gave to us. By far, of all the FBO's I've flown into, the BEST I'VE EVER USED. Keep up the great work. Until next time - Rudy.

Flew into KTEB/Meridian (nee' MillionAir) on a college orientation excursion (St.Peter's in Jersey City). Chose KTEB for proximity to hotel and NJTransit Rail. Great experience at a terribly-busy airport. Got held out of the Class D for 20 minutes but a little slow flight made for an easy VFR approach. Meridian took me in without any advance notice - probably recommended just to ensure service along with the jet jockeys. Fuel pricy but expected. Waived the ramp fee (2-day stayover) with the fuel. Provided free shuttle to Holiday Inn-Hasbrouck. Anthony at the front desk was very cordial and great help to me and my son. Will definitely be back.

Before departing KTEB I discovered the right vacuum pump on my Baron 55 had failed. The FBO where I parked couldn't work on it and dialed Meridian (formerly Million Air) for me. Thirty minutes later my Baron was in the Meridian hangar being worked on along with about a dozen medium/large jets. After locating a replacement pump locally, my plane was finished later that day. Total labor 2.5 hours. Meridian runs a first-class operation. We piston pilots are seldom treated this well anymore.

Addendum to 18DEC2007 @ TEB: The airport later billed a $15 landing fee as well for a C172.

Landed a C172 at 0945 on 18DEC, departed at 1430. Was charged $25 (half the $50 ramp fee) because top off was 11.8 GAL instead of the minimum 15 GAL. 100LL was $6.91/GAL. 6% tax was added to fuel + ramp fee. They gave me a ride to the bus stop. Bus was $3.40 each way to/from Port Authority. It was a brisk 15-minute walk back to Meridian. Tower was friendly.

As an experienced pilot and an avid traveler, I encounter many different levels of service at FBO's. One FBO I frequent regularly is Meridian at Teterboro. If Edward Collazo is on duty in his role as the Customer Service Representative of the ramp and line service, I know that my service is going to be of the highest quality. He is efficient, accurate, pleasant, and has an attention to detail that is second to none. All FBO's should have an employee as exemplary as "Fast Eddie." I want to share my sincerest thanks and appreciation with "Fast Eddie" for all of the expertise he has provided to me in the past and will provide to me in the future. David R. Was quoted $50 landing fee for a Piper Arrow. The landing fee was waived since I purchased gas. Arrived Tuesday morning 8am and Meridian ran me up to the bus stop, $3.40 and 40 minutes on the 161 bus to port authority. In the afternoon at 2:30 p.M. The place was a zoo, 30-45 minutes on the ground until cleared for takeoff. Meridian did an A+ job - I'll be back.

I have been using Signature for my personal and Part 135 flying but no more. It's not that Signature did anything wrong--they didn't. It's that Meridian did something so right. Departing late Friday afternoon 8/24 the mag check on my SR22 showed a bad plug. Signature, where I'd been parked, couldn't help but Nick, a mechanic at Meridian, offered to help me out and lent me the tools and assistance required to get my wife and me on our way in relatively short order. Great service like that earns customers. Thank you Nick and Meridian.

Flew into TEB 8/13 in a 172 for an overnight stay in NYC. We were treated great from arrival to departure the next day. Meridian gave us a ride to/from the Bus which takes you directly into the Port Authority. Landing fee was waived with fuel purchase and ATC, ground and tower made it all a very easy trip to get in and out of TEB. Great Job Meridian

I flew in to Teterboro the morning of 6/11 in a C-172. I definitely made the right choice going to Meridian. Even though the majority of aircraft were jets, we were treated by the line service and customer service as well as everyone else. We were helped out significantly by the customer service staff how to get around NY. It was a great experience. We stayed one night and purchased fuel so the $50 fee was waived for that night. I would highly recommend stopping at Meridian no matter what size aircraft you're coming in.

Service and facility are very good, but they charge $100 per night parking for a single engine turboprop. Wave one night with 100-gallon purchase.

I called today to get prices. For a piston single, they charge $50/day ramp + parking fee, and will waive the first day with 15 gal fuel purchase. U.S. Customs cannot meet people at Meridian, only at Atlantic or Jet.

Landed on Monday Sept 18th. New building, very helpful, very busy. However, fuelers did not use wing mats and scratched the leading edge of new CJ2+. Called manager and left message but no return call...Watch your plane!

Nice new place we all agree its first rate. The line staff is I think NEW and they are good with bags but, I had a problem, the double park planes and then when your customer shows, they must wait. I think the line Management needs help. The counter staff is great and as a whole it’s a good operation.

You can't got wrong with the new facility. Service is top notch, fuel is cheap and they really take care of you. I had a great experience with a fellow named Edward Collazo. He is the supervisor there. He treats you like a brother and he really cares about you. You have a good guy there Million Air. I hope you passed your checkride by the way. I have been to many places and this new facility really has it all. When you get there you won't have to ask for Edward he will find you. Now that's service. Thanks again Million Air And Edward Collazo.

Day trip to NYC yesterday, Million Air is great. Was weary of flying into TEB because of all the horror stories. Flew in at about 2pm on a Thursday, I was the only SEL in a sequence full of jets. Controllers friendly and helpful, (not prima donnas) landed me on the takeoff runway so as not to fudge jet sequencing. Ground control: cordial progressive taxi to Million Air. Tug met me on the ramp, led me to parking, courtesy golf cart waiting complete with black-vested driver. Million air ground crew tugged to parking. Impressive facility, extremely professional, settled the parking arrangements quickly, courtesy van dropped me at the bus stop a mile away. #161 bus, $3.10, 30 minute ride to Port Authority Terminal near Times Square, met my friend for lunch. Great trip, easy flight. Great FBO, treat you the same if you pull up in a lear jet or a hang glider. Low-timers need not be intimidated, NYC via TEB is easy as pie. (High $$ gas & delays to takeoff come with the territory.)

Flew in late on Friday night (10PM) in my Archer to pick up my wife from a business meeting in NYC. I called ahead and they said it would be no problem as it was a quiet time for them. Million Air has a brand new facility, which was very nice with all the conveniences. For my 10-minute turn around a quick coffee and a toilet break they charged me a grand total of... nothing! (Although the bill for the airport-landing fee of $22.50 is probably in the mail). Who says the small guy can't use TEB anymore! Just pick your time.

I arrived on Saturday night and the staff was extremely nice, even provided a ride to a train station that they normally do not have time to take you to. (Was slow that night) Returned on Sunday evening and they were extremely busy but still prompt and professional. No doubt not a cheap stop but good service.
