Today I am at Signature Flight Support here at TEB on an Angel Flight. (NGF63F/N8163F) I had wanted to depart this evening but my passenger experiences nausea after treatment and require an overnight stay. I cannot thank Signature enough for their support of Angel Flight and Airlift Hope. They waived the fees and offered me a private quiet room and shower facilities. Even though I do not need quite this level of service I could not refrain from singing Signature's praises. Signature is supporting America's charities helping those in need. I encourage you to support Signature and show them our appreciation.

Signature TEB will not tow your aircraft anywhere off their own ramp. I had maintenance performed at a facility in the Atlantic hangar (a bad experience there as well...) and neither Atlantic or Signature would tow the plane back for my departure. Even when I told the GM that I was going to buy 1000+ gallons of jet and had to be airborne in one hour, I was told that was "their policy". Went next door to Meridian, saved $1.50/gallon and they towed the plane within 15 minutes of being asked. Meridian is now "my policy".

I flew into TEB in July in a single-engine piston helicopter. I was gouged for fuel, ramp fee, parking fee, and landing fee (even though I didn't use the runway). The staff at the FBO told me that I was paying for the landing fee. A month later I received a bill from the Port Authority for a $15 landing fee. They told me that the FBOs do not collect landing fees. I sent them a check for $15. A month after that, I received another bill. I called the Port Authority and they told me that they never received a check. I mailed them a copy of the cashed check. When I called again, I was told to call a different number and speak to Sergio. Sergio's phone number rang and never went to voicemail. I called the Port Authority back on the main number and they finally transferred me to Sergio. Sergio told me that he received the check and the invoice was from another landing. I told him that I wasn't the pilot; I haven't been back to TEB since the first bad experience, and planned never to return.

Flew in in a Seneca. Great staff, friendly, helpful. Courtesy car was gone when I got there, so they lent me their Crew Car for a short meeting in town. Hope to get back soon. Thanks again for all the help.

Was quoted $29 ramp fee for a Bonanza (waived with 7 gallon purchase), $51 overnight parking. They recall that the landing fee is around $18.
