Nice organization. I showed up in a Cherokee 140 and they treated me like I showed up in a G5. Red carpet and very friendly. Thanks.

Stopped at Flightline to spend the day touring FSU, the Capitol and Florida Natural History Museum. A tailwheel that went flat during taxi after landing was fixed by their excellent maintenance staff while were on our tour. Price of 100LL fuel was reasonable. The FBO building beautifully designed - right down to the faucets in the restrooms. Delicious coffee, lemonade and cookies, a great flight planning room and an upper observation level. Plenty of linemen to help with bags and getting tied down. FYI cab fare to downtown is $20 flat rate each way.

Not only is fuel about $2 gallon higher than nearby, bathrooms are under construction and counter person does not take people in order of appearance at the counter! We'll land elsewhere next time!

Flightline is the BEST. I have visited KTLH and Flightline on more than a few occasions and the service is always FIRST CLASS. The people make it the BEST. The line crew is second to none and has always been there with a rental car (when reserved) when we arrived and had a cold drink and the plane fueled when we departed. The girls inside are as efficient as you'll find. Fuel is very reasonable considering today’s environment and that it's full serve. If passing through it's worth a stop!!

Friendly staff, but: I met up with a friend after flying in and asked for a rental headset for an hour. I was told that they do not rent headsets and that none were available. A staff member (Allison) let my friend borrow hers, though.

Great FBO. Very nicely maintained, pilot's lounge has leather recliners, flat screen television, and pool table. Quite welcome sight after a long flight. Very nice crew car and only expense was ten gallons of gas! Great airport and FBO, plan to return many times.

Arrived at Flightline on 21 December and received the same great service that has been their standard for years. The line crew met me as I taxied onto the ramp and directed me to parking. Not only was the rental car I ordered the day before ready, the CSR even pulled up it to the front door. When I returned to the airport the airplane was fueled exactly as requested and both the fuel and rental car bills were ready in minutes. Other FBO's could take lessons from Flightline.

I flew in to drop off my wife who had a commercial flight. Flightline/Avitat offered excellent service - golf cart/luggage service to the FBO, complimentary bottled water, very nice courtesy car (Honda Odyssey), waved the $20 ramp fee in lieu of topping off the tanks. KTLH also has great controllers. I have nothing but praise.

We visited Flightline in Tallahassee on July 5, in our C182. They gave us the red carpet treatment, literally! Our rental car was ready when we got there, too. Great service, great people!! Thank you from N95661.

I have now spent 2 separate weeks of flying into Flightline several times a day. Each JetA top off is in excess of $500.00. During the week service is great. Weekends are definitely another story so plan on walking to and from your aircraft unless you feel like waiting. With 96 plus degree days & humidity to match there is not a drop of cool liquid to be found anywhere at this FBO unless you are willing to drink heavily chlorinated tap water. One would think that Flightline could extend their hospitality of offering cool non-chlorinated water or even iced tea to their customers especially for the prices they command. I talked with management about this problem about 3 weeks ago yet nothing has changed. Positives.... Personnel are friendly. Fuelers are professional and proficient. When in town stays at the exclusive Wingate? Flightline will call for you and it's only $82.00 per night, a real bargain.

Really great FBO flew in with a friend in C172 racking up Hours for his commercial and got BBJ treatment. The staff was great with service and personality, and as for the facilities it’s definitely Top-Notch. Crew Lounge, Pool Table, Quiet Room and a Piper J3-Cub hanging from the roof in the Foyer to boot. Will definitely be returning.

A little bit expensive but is worth it. Big player on the field, good facilities, exclusive privileges, nice lounge, nice amenities. Overall a very good FBO to be.

I flew in working on my Commercial rating and I was greeted with nothing but smiles. Everyone was very kind and helpful. When I arrived it seemed as if quite a few planes had arrived at the same time, despite only the 3 people behind the desk they were able to assist everyone in a very timely matter. I'll look forward to returning.

Stopping at Flightline at Tallahassee is always a great experience. Usually when there is only one FBO on the field they act like they don't care because they’re the only game in town but not Flightline. They are always out on the ramp waiting to direct you to a parking spot and most of the time they park you up front at the door where your passengers can step off and walk right inside. The line guys and girl are the best. Brian and John keep everything moving smooth on the ramp. The fuel prices are fair and you always get prompt service. The CSR staff is very friendly and helpful. Oh, I almost forgot they usually have fresh hot cookies to keep us pilots gaining weight. A great FBO and friendly staff. Keep up the good work.

Good overall FBO, although expensive. They parked me in the boonies, but gave me a ride to the FBO and then over to the terminal for Enterprise. Staff friendly. If not so expensive this stop would be outstanding, so, Overall Grade: B+
