Friendly, and helpful. Gina at the desk is easy on the eyes and very nice. The facility is very nice and has a very enjoyable atmosphere. From now on, in TMB, this is where I will go.

Nesa and Raquel were very friendly and very helpful during my short stay. Anytime I fly back to TMB I will make sure to use Landmark. Staff is very courteous, from the linemen up to the front desk and beyond.

One of the best in South Florida. Started with GREAT service on the phone from Gina who took my reservation (C182) arranged for a cab to be ready and waiting when we arrived. We landed after dark and were greeted by two of the best lineman in the business. They had a large golf cart loaded all our bags and pulled us to the front and loaded us in the cab. Treated like VIP for sure. The facility is spectacular and is worth the visit just to check it out. On departure two days later, same experience Nersy was as pleasant as possible loaded us up with cold water and we were on our way home! No doubt this is the only FBO to use when visiting Miami and KTMB!! Thanks

Go here. It's a destination FBO. This is not a renovation...It is a facility built to impress. We spent a 9-hour layover here and it was awesome. 2 billiard rooms, full theater, slushie and coffee machines, showers and SAUNA! Friendly service - Whatever you need, they make it happen.

We spent the day at Landmark on 1/27/12 while our pax were attending meetings. This is one of the nicest FBO's that I have been in. Landmarks Customer Service Rep, Nersy, did an outstanding job taking care of our passengers, a/c servicing requests and crew car for the crew. Thanks for all the help.

My last flight to Tamiami on January 1st, was very difficult to me prepare everything about my arrival, because I was out of my country on New Year's Day, and only one call to Landmark, attended by Nersy, was enough to solve all my troubles. When I arrived there, everything was OK! Thanks a lot and excellent service.

We are Venezuelan pilots that come twice a month to Miami, and we use Landmark in Tamiami Airport as FBO, because we have always been attended friendly, making our arrivals and departures easier and more comfortable to the pilots and passengers. Their team help us in all our requirements before our arrival (hotel and car reservations), specially Nersy, that always help us in everything we need she goes above and beyond to make us feel at home. We strongly recommend Landmark in Tamiami airport as the best FBO.

KTMB was my destination from KSRQ on 12/27/2011. I had coordinated my arrival with the Landmark staff 3 weeks prior - ETA 12:30 p.M. Upon arrival at 12:20 pm the Landmark staff (Gina) was ready, directed me to my ramp space, and coordinated to refuel my a/c (N4396X), and parked the a/c for a few hours. The line service staff was very welcoming and friendly. The front desk staff (Gina) was friendly, helpful, and very professional. I obtained a crew car effortlessly to facilitate having lunch. The duty manager (Carlos) was additionally helpful by assisting me in establishing a corporate account and to receive the associated fuel discount - every little bit helps! Having previously used another FBO at KTMB and was less than thrilled, I was glad to have found Landmark and will be using it as my destination FBO at KTMB for all future inbound flights! Way to go Gina!!!

These folks really do care about giving good service Karina and Gina go the extra step. Were there for NASCAR racing so they were very busy and Karina still found time to tend to my needs. Will be back Thanks ladies!

Excellent customer service from this FBO. Reasonable parking/tiedown fees. Waived the first night with a small gas purchase. Everyone from the linemen to the front desk ladies are committed to providing great service. Even when I just showed up in my Cessna 182. Thank you to Nersey and her desire to meet customer needs. Thank you all, I'll be back soon!
