Very nice FBO and airport. Everything from approach control to quick service from line crew was great. The National facility is nicely setup with a rest area, vending, flight planning, and a conference room. All good. The air national guard F16 arrival was a nice extra :)

Very good service. They kept the plane for $50 in the hangar overnight. It is a typical fee for a hangar overnight. The Courtyard Marriott provides free shuttle service; they are very familiar with National Flight Service.

Our arrival was met by four line personnel, who had us fueled and ready in less than ten minutes. Very friendly in lounge, also. We would use this as a fuel stop again.

Being stuck VFR on top with a transponder that wasn't working properly in route to Detroit I was given the option by Detroit approach to do an ASR approach at TOL. Toledo approach was great and got me in safe. The National FBO helped me unload my bags, got me a rental car at a discount price and called over to an avionics shop to get someone over to fix my transponder. Overall they were great. There is a one-time $12 tie down fee (good for as many nights as you are there) and the handling fee is waived with fuel.

Linda at National Flight is GREAT! We are a Citation II flight crew from La Crosse, WI who used the FBO often. Linda was always very pleasant and friendly. She could make anything happen for us if we needed it... Vehicles, accommodations, etc. Line techs are very proficient and the individual offices for pilot use are top-notch. You can find WSI weather and a comfortable pilot lounge at the FBO, all of which is to be expected at an FBO the caliber of National Flight. Also a great place to relax if your Cessna flying machine is being serviced down the ramp at the service station. Thanks to all the crew at National Flight in Toledo. Hope to see you soon!

Stopped overnight and was well treated by National Flight Service. A lineman came out and directed me to parking, and the person at the desk called my hotel shuttle for me (Holiday Inn French Quarter in Perrysburg has a shuttle to both here and Metcalf, by appointment). Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was that a tie-down was $12.00, even with fuel purchase. ATC was easy to work with too.

We stopped at KTOL en route to and from Oshkosh AirVenture 2007 and found the services and accommodations at National Flight Services pleasant, professional and cost competitive. Traveling in each direction we were afforded the use of the crew car for lunch and the airplane was serviced as requested while we enjoyed lunch and was ready for departure on our return during both stops. IFR ATC into and out of KTOL was also pleasant.

Landed for fuel on a long flight. Immediately met by two very nice linemen and topped off the tanks. Comfortable FBO area while waiting to be fuel and multiple weather computers and phones. After fueling, front desk person gladly performed several trivial tasks such as making two copies of the receipts, printing airport diagrams all while having a friendly conversation.

Took my brother to TOL to catch a commercial flight. They took the baggage and us in their van to the terminal, although it is within walking distance. I walked back later. I was charged a $25.00 Facility Fee, did not buy fuel, I assume it would be waived with fuel purchase. I am not complaining, they were very nice and gave us a ride, just making people aware of the charge.

Great FBO. I have used it with my Sierra and now my Cirrus many times over the past many years. They are always pleasant and take good care of you (and your plane). Nice facility and people.

Good place to bring a Robinson R44 helicopter; one of the line guys flies one with his father. Friendly, helpful staff, and quick service. Comprehensive facilities, though not quite as plush as some of the FBOs at the busier corporate jet airports.

Very courteous, even to me in my C152, which only needed 8 gallons of fuel. Very nice lounge and office area.

Great FBO. I was exporting a 172 to Canada and had to fax a lot of paperwork. They were very friendly and really helped me out. Nice flight planning rooms too.

Great FBO. I was doing aerial photography in the area and hangared my 172 for 5 nights. Even though I was only a 172 they treated me like is was flying a Lear. I needed an oil change during my stay and the National Flight Service Center was very accommodating. They had a wonderful maintenance hangar and knowlegeable mechanics. Over all, this FBO has its act together. If you need to fly into KTOL you must stop here!!

You will not be disapointed with this FBO! I have been in several times in the past couple of years. They always gave my Mooney the same attention they now give my P-Baron. The linemen know their job. A couple of years ago, a lineman even helped me get the frost off the wings before takeoff. Great staff here, they work hard to please. Be sure and let them make arrangements for your rental car. Their rates are much better than you can get.

I found the service at National to be exceptional. Asked for and got hotel reservations and a rental car, ready on arrival. Ramp parking is free, but tie-down is $12/day. The tie-down fee was waived because we purchased fuel (45gal.- 100LL). I asked that our C182 be hangared in the event of violent weather. We were told that the normal $50 cost would be reduced, also due to the fuel buy. We were treated well.
