Returned to TOL Monday to pick up a family member, were met with apologies for last month's incident. Staff was very accommodating. TOL Aviation is back on our good list.

Called on Thursday to advise we'd land Saturday about 4:30 pm. Arrived at 4:05 pm, no one there, 24/7 phone number ("we're not here but we're not far away") posted on door. At 4:25 called number, no one expecting us, would take half-hour to come to FBO (too long, ride coming, we couldn't wait), so they gave us the code to release the gate. That would have been OK service except that we had called and been assured someone would be there to welcome us and provide fuel. Next time we'll use another FBO.
