In the past 2 years, I have flown around 5 people to TSP. We park beyond the fuel area further northwest. There is a pedestrian gate there. I don't walk too well, so each time my fly-buddy makes the 3-4 block walk to the Apple Shed and returns with a couple of excellent sandwiches. Now I will share a secret. We go into the brown building by that gate and a perfect air conditioned pilot's lounge awaits us. A table and chairs is provided for our lunchtime. Want a microwave? The next room is a complete kitchen with cold drinks and frozen treats all on the honor system. After lunch, check airport weather on one monitor, the other is for a computer for your use. Also, there is a TV as well with 4 overstuffed recliners. Past the kitchen, there's a full bathroom including a hot shower. Everything is spotless. Love it there.
