Quick turn around and it was nice to have a good service and charts down the road. One friendly advice, upgrade the computer in the wx room.

We have been coming to this FBO for years in a Pilatus PC-12 because the location is great but I have seen a steady decline in the line service. This is really surprising with all the competition on the field but I can only guess that management is cutting costs and customer service is where I am seeing the effect. If you don't mind parking yourself, chocking your own airplane, carrying trash and luggage across the ramp because rentals aren't available planeside when you stop, or making your own coffee for the plane, then this is the FBO for you. I certainly felt like I was at home because I was doing everything for myself. I will be trying another FBO when I come back again next month.

Very good service and friendly. I checked on the ramp fee and there is a $14 ramp fee for small aircraft. The big BUT is if you buy fuel, they wave that fee. So, why not just buy 10 gal! Your home field would have to beat this FBO's price by $1.40/gal to make this a bad deal. :D

This place is just right. Luz knows his stuff, and is quick and courteous about it. Had me delivered right to my hotel in a heartbeat as the plane was being tied down for the two nights. Got me a rental the next day, piece of cake and priced right. Why pay more?? FYI, I stayed at the quality inn on Valencia. Very low rate of 56 bucks got me a superior room with micro, frig, room safe, wi-fi, large room, pool/Jacuzzi, free bfast, and van to and from TUS. First class for alot less, both the hotel and the FBO. Go, stay, enjoy!!!!!!!

I use these folks about once a year. As always the service was excellent. Nice folks, nice facility and easy access. I did fill the tanks in my 210 but did not have to pay ANY ramp fee even though I was there for 3 days. Couldn't ask for better.

Flew in this morning in my P210 for a quick stop to pick up a passenger/friend. Had to pay the same $14.00 "Ramp Fee" for 10 minutes worth of stay that others have commented about. The lady at the desk was nice, but it is pretty absurd to have to pay that much for 10 minutes. I can buy a whole lot more time on a parking meter for my car in town for $14.00. Was also advised that if I were a charter, it would have been another $14.00. I would recommend you look into the other FBO's to see if they will charge you a ramp fee. If I go back to Tucson, I won't be using this FBO that is for sure.

Landed to meet a friend for dinner. Got charged a $14 ramp fee, even though I parked myself and received no services. Was on the ramp less than 2 hours. These guys are really trying to screw the GA traffic. Don't use them.

Flew a T210 down to Tucson Executive today to drop it off to its new owners. I was followed by a friend in his 182. BOTH of us got charged $14 each ramp fee. The 182 was there for maybe 10 minutes. I told the FBO to charge the new owners of the T210, I wasn't going to pay for it. That $14 bought me what? The right to land at an airport that's receiving federal funding, that's what.

Once again, great service by Tucson Executive Terminal. Close in parking, easy access, cheap gas, friendly helpful staff, and a top notch lounge with all the trimmings. And all for a single engine Cessna. Plane was filled exactly as asked and on time. Couldn't ask for better service. I'll be back.

Very convenient and good line service. Came in a piston single on the day the TBM owner’s group convention was over so it was busy. Despite that, the gals at the desk handled it well too...But for some reason, my Chevron gas card wouldn't work (and she said before she tried running it that having the Chevron-Texaco co-brand card never worked), and then they were missing the sheet that said what the required minimum fuel was needed to avoid ramp charges. So they spent some time looking for the paperwork, couldn't find it, and let me go with just a 14-gallon avgas purchase and no ramp charges.

Great place to stop. Flew in at 8pm and they were only FBO operating 24 hours. Price was right for fuel and they were very helpful. They called for pick up at Best Western Las Brisas next to airport which has a very nice restaurant connected to it called Sirocco. Would definitely recommend it. Staff at FBO and hotel was excellent.
