Flew in from KEMT this weekend in our C172 and was greeted with a red carpet, warm cookies and our rental car. Our service could not have been better and will definitely use them on our next trip to TUS. Great job guys!

Million Air Tucson delivered outstanding service to our little C-172. We parked there for 3 hours while we attended business meetings at the Air National Guard unit on the airport. They were happy to give us a ride and provided warm cookies. The facility is top-notch too!

After being a frequent tenant for over 2 years, Mil Air TUS has hit a new low. I gave them a second chance after an incident over a year ago, but a recent rip off (in the 100s of dollar range) put me over the edge. The truly sad part is, they know they are ripping you off and just don't care. All the reason to avoid Million Air TUS.Response from Ash Vij, Managing Member, Million Air Tucson "It kills us that you feel ripped off. You are a great customer, and we want you back at any reasonable price! We will offer our best pricing for volume discounts next time you come in, and bend over backwards to accommodate you in any other service we offer. If the pricing isn't good enough, we encourage you to visit our sister FBO, Premier Aviation which is located on the other side of runway 21/3. The prices are quite a bit cheaper (60 cents below retail with AirBoss), though the facilities are not quite as elegant as Million Air."

As a Professional pilot in Arizona, I get a chance to fly into many airports in the region. Without hesitation by far Million Air Tucson is the best FBO I've been to in the last 6 years. Their service and facilities are absolutely top notch! Every time I fly in my piston airplane, they treat me like I was just any other jet. This is truly a Gem amongst FBOs.

Professional. The staff from line to management, the facility from granite floors to the top of those beautiful plate glass windows. A wonderful choice if you are going to Tucson. Tara is top notch as a CSR! Special mention to Kent Magnuson from NE - thank you sir - when I see you've visited an FBO and give them a nod, then I know I've picked the right place!

Just wanted to post a correction, site shows that they have a shuttle. Just got off the phone with them (as we're headed into Tucson tonight) and they do not have one (any longer?)

I fly corporately and privately and really enjoy the Million Air experience. They run a 1st class operation. But Million Air KTUS is outstanding. Not only is their facility fantastic, their staff treats you like royalty. It does not matter if it is the owner, GM, Front Desk Staff or Line Guys you are treated right. I highly suggest you try Million Air on your next Tucson trip and see if your experience compares with mine. Sincerely, Barry N9NB

I've been to Million Air 5 times in the last year and received top notch service every single time. Million Air has rapidly developed a reputation at my flight school as the best place to go in Tucson. It takes a little longer to taxi in, but this can usually be offset by requesting a departure from runway 21 resulting in a 45 second taxi.

Needed a place to stay for a few hours today till the wind let up a bit. Great service, fantastic facility. They treated my little polished C-150 as if we were a jet. The employees were top notch and I will return next time at TUS. Well worth the taxi over. Thanks for making our unplanned stop quite pleasant.

Flew in for a quick turnaround to attend UofA basketball game. Million Air took care of rental car without a problem, and arranged for staff to stay late because game might end after posted closing time. We were in and out fast, but Million Air treated us great! I will be back.

We frequently use Tucson Million Air and feel it is one of the best in the country. We fly a CJ1 and find the service incredible and great fuel prices. Wouldn't consider any other FBO in the Tucson area!

Just completed our third weeklong stay with Million Air - Tucson within the past year. These folks know how to treat a customer. Had a nose tire blow late on a Saturday afternoon on our Navajo the second trip. Tres took a look at it, obtained a new tire and came out on Sunday morning to change it so we could depart that afternoon. Talk about service beyond the call!

My experience with Million Air in Tucson was great. I arrived in a 182 and was treated like it was a Gulfstream. Their reservation form on their website made hotel and rental car accommodations very easy. The staff was extremely helpful and professional and their facilities were very new, clean, and well organized. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them again.

Because of the positive comments on AirNav, I decided to try Million Air. It's a little longer taxi to get there, but it's well worth it. They treat you like a Gulfstream even though I'm Cirrus. Staff was great. Gave me ride to/from hotel. I probably could have stayed the night at Million Air and been just as comfortable. Five stars for great service.

As a professional pilot I visit a great deal of FBOs in the region. I recently flew an Angel Flight mission into Tucson and could not have been more pleased with my decision to stop at Million Air. From the line service personnel to the customer service representatives these are the most polite, courteous, hospitable, and professional people in the business. I would like to extend a special thanks to David Fitch, as well as the line personnel, for going above and beyond to accommodate our passengers on our recent visit.

I never take the time to write reviews, but the fact that I am doing so now tells you something about how impressive this facility was. I fly a C340, and visited TUS last week with my granddaughter. The service was absolutely first rate, right down to smiling and pleasant personnel, free sodas and cookies, and a personal hand written thank you note when I got home. This is without doubt one of the best FBO's I have visited in a very long time.

May 16, 2009 arrived early AM in my Piper Archer and was treated as if I flew a Gulfstream. FBO is the best I have ever seen. David Fitch quickly arranged an inexpensive rental car and nearby motel and provided directions to air museum and boneyard. Fuel reasonable for the location.

By far the most courteous and friendly FBO ever visited. "Red carpet treatment" for even a single engine Cessna, as well as new crew cars available. The staff is amazing and will go out of their way to make sure you are treated perfectly. Highly recommend!

WOW is about the only word to describe the service I received. I flew into TUS in my baron last weekend and this was by far the best service, best FBO I have EVER been to. The general manager along with the rest of the staff was incredibly courteous. If you’re flying to TUS you must go here!!! I felt like a famous superstar or something along those lines A+++

I am a tenant of this Jet Center. The service I receive from the staff here is far better than I have ever experienced in my 30-year aviation career. On a daily basis they continue to exceed my expectations. I highly recommend everyone visit this first class facility.
