These folks know how to treat a customer. Had a nose tire blow late on a Saturday afternoon on our Navajo the second trip. Tres took a look at it, obtained a new tire and came out on Sunday morning to change it so we could depart that afternoon. Their reservation form on their website made hotel and rental car accommodations very easy. The staff was extremely helpful and professional and their facilities were very new, clean, and well organized. It's a little longer taxi to get there, but it's well worth it. They treat you like a Gulfstream even though I'm Cirrus. Staff was great. Gave me ride to/from hotel. I probably could have stayed the night at Million Air and been just as comfortable. I fly a C340, and visited TUS last week with my granddaughter. The service was absolutely first rate, right down to smiling and pleasant personnel, free sodas and cookies, and a personal hand written thank you note when I got home. FBO is the best I have ever seen. David Fitch quickly arranged an inexpensive rental car and nearby motel and provided directions to air museum and boneyard. The facility was immaculate; the crew car was worth more than my airplane. The combination pilot lounge, quiet room, and theater (yes theater) were icing on the cake. Even with our Piper Warrior we got the red carpet treatment (literally), and were treated like we flew in, in a Gulfstream. We'll be back.   From Derek Haskins on 07-Jan-2009 What a fabulous group of folks at Million Air Tucson! We landed at KTUS right before Christmas to visit family for a week. They were brand new and had only been open a few days. In fact we were the 5th plane to stay there. They hangared us at NO charge as part of the grand opening and were SUPER cool to my kids and wife. They were finishing up a few small things in the construction and the flight planning room is could use some improving but nothing that should keep you away at all. Also, if you ask nicely, tower will let you take off from the runway that is right next to Million Air...Saves a few mins.   From Nick D'Anello on 30-Dec-2008 I flew in for a night in my 172 and was very pleased with their service. The staff there was super-friendly, they helped me book a hotel room for the night, the facilities were state-of-the-art, and they made me feel like their number one customer. On my way back from a long cross-country I made sure to stop there again for a second round of excellent service! I will certainly visit them again when I visit the area. I highly recommend them for your FBO needs.
