Very Friendly and helpful staff. Flew in, in a single engine Cessna and we did not encounter the $10 ramp fee like the previous patron. They had a crew car available for us as well as direction available to our appointment. Only thing they could change is the parking area.... Very rough and bumpy.... Otherwise a good FBO!

From Karey Holland on 21-Aug-2008
Beware ... Now Premier now charges a $10 ramp fee for Cessna single engine planes, if you don't buy fuel. I filled up at the cheap BXK, so didn't need any.

From George Velasquez on 22-Jun-2008
The Door was locked and the guy behind the desk was new so he did not know what to do as far as fuel, but we were lent a Crew Car. Had I not snuck in thru an Employee's only door, I would not have known there was anyone working there

From Ed Owens on 04-Mar-2008
Kind of hard to find the FBO office, but the people were friendly and very helpful. While they refueled us and recharged the oxygen, they loaned us a truck to get lunch. Very nice people.

From Jim O'Day on 31-Jan-2008
Jeff and Chris took great care of us. They got us a rental car and had the plane fueled and ready to go on schedule. They told me they are building a "Million Air" for "jets" and the old facility (where they are today) will be for piston planes. They closed at 5 pm and did not open till 7 am, it did not make any difference this trip, but could for some.

Good service and Jet A price for a quick turn in a C-90 on 1/13.

From John Gastaldo on 23-Sep-2007
After experience at FLG (see comment) I called day before because I knew we would be coming in after hours. Owner assured me he would have rental car and lineman there (or himself). All went as it should, good experience and I WOULD RECOMMEND. Please note not the flashiest of FBO's but service and attitude made up and more.

From Alan Kozarsky on 07-Jul-2007
Good experience. Friendly service and reasonable fuel JetA price.

From Lloyd Linn on 21-Feb-2007
Flew to Tucson for some golf. Premier had my rental car ready and waiting. Heavy frost on plane (C182) the morning of departure. They pulled it into their heated hangar and let me use air hose and rags to dry it off. The people are very helpful and friendly.

Starter burned out on left engine of my Baron over Memorial Day. When opened for business on Tuesday got a rebuilt starter at reasonable price and they replaced it for one hour of labor. I was used well and recommend them.

From Chip Gibbons on 21-Aug-2006
Premier took great care of me during an overnight in Tucson. First class FBO. I'll use them again.

From Ralph Arwood on 02-Jul-2006
Nice people, Great service.

From Emmanuel Paraskakis on 01-May-2006
We called their 800 number in advance and they said they'd get in touch with us. A couple of hours later I found a message on my voicemail from a guy saying that if we wanted help with hotels and car rental it would mean a $45 call-out fee - I suppose because it was a Sunday. Well, we laughed at that for a minute and then chose another FBO.

From Mike Walker on 23-Feb-2006
Excellent FBO, called just 1 day ahead of our visit and Premier could not only provide the service work we were looking for but booked us into a hotel, organised transport and had the work completed before we arrived back at the FBO from the hotel after our stop over. Great rates for fuel and service and very friendly and helpful people.

From Matt Briggs on 29-Dec-2005
Great people, they're darn friendly. Excellent service. Clean facility. Nice family atmosphere. Great leather Lazy-Boy chairs and satellite TV. Free coffee and cookies. AOPA discount on gas. There was no tie-down fee with my fill up (Cherokee Archer). Many FBO's offer the same but without the smile and the personal touch. Premier is A-1.

From Ron Larson on 12-Dec-2005
Visited Premier in a Citation 560 Encore by mistake. We called the wrong FBO (Premier) and reserved a car with them. When we got to TUS we felt committed to go use them. We received great service. The staff couldn't have been more accomodating. They loaned us a crew car and the fuel price is the lowest we've seen in a long time. I will for sure use them anytime I visit Tucson. Very good FBO.

From William Hartshorn on 06-Nov-2005
Got fuel and oxygen at comparable prices for the area. Good service.
