Picked up the plane. Work was good on the paint but they left me a quart low on hydraulic fluid after doing swing checks on landing gear. Overall the biggest issue was communication - or the lack thereof. I'm happy with how the paint turned out but not with the lack of communication and time it took.

Update: Received update from FBO that the work on my plane is now done. I will update my comments after I pick up this coming weekend.

Took my plane there for painting. Signed a fixed quote for the work and duration of 4 weeks. 12 weeks, several requests for more money and airframe damage to the wing later I still have not received the plane back yet. I would not recommend their service for any reason to any one. At this point I'm calling my attorney.

Excellent service from a very friendly staff. My Hertz rental car was waiting, I was offered a bottle of water and use of their computer. Rosa was very helpful during our stay.

I stopped in after dark on Nov 21. I couldn't find the place---all the lights we turned off. I called their phone number listed on AirNav and they send a line service guy to the site to assist.. Turns out that Million Air owns Premier as sort of a satellite economy option. The line rep, Eric was great. Things got better when he showed. He assisted with the tie down and transportation to a nearby hotel. I used the self service fuel in the morning before departure. Bottom line is you are dealing with Million Air but at a location across the runway. Everything worked out fine and I will come back.

Landed here for a trip to the Titan Missile Museum and the Pima "Boneyard". The service was outstanding. Rosa had a rental car waiting, reservations at the hotel and a pleasant personality all waiting when we arrived. Had to stay an extra day for weather, Rosa made all additional arrangements. Can't say enough good about the service from Premier (Rosa) I'll be back to Premier.

First off, the guys on the line were very helpful, they gave us a ride to the terminal since my colleague rented the car from there...I had them top off for a total of 28 gallons, there price was surely not the lowest on the field but after reading these reviews...I was very surprised they still charged a ramp fee for all three days, that was a first for me and I've been all over the west. Got good service, but was disappointed by that, oh well, next time I'll try elsewhere...

Landed just after they closed to get some cheap self-serve. We were met by a line guy from Million Air who assisted with fueling and gave us a ride over to his FBO. It turns out that the two FBOs are run by the same person. Million Air gave us a car to tour the boneyard, and the best hotel deal that I have ever gotten for the Radisson Suite. Everyone we talked with in Tucson was incredibly nice and courteous, and I hope go return soon.

They have consistently had the lowest Jet prices at TUS. Good service on a quick turn in a King Air.

We flew in, to Premier 02-11-2011 and received a warm welcome. We stayed for 4 nights and received very courteous service. The day we were to leave the self service pump was in-op so Premier gave us full service for the low self service price. They were helpful in every way. I would definitely return.

Flew a PC-12 in for the BCS Championship game. Called in on the ground frequency 20 min before arrival and they had all 3 of our rental cars planeside with wonderful directions to Phoenix. If you fly in I hope you get the opportunity to meet Rosa, she is probably one of the best customer service oriented CSRs in the nation. Left an amazing impression on both my copilot and I. Thanks again.

Premier was disappointing. Arrived early afternoon -- no line attendant, had to self park and tie down. No desk assistance. When located, staff was apathetic and inefficient. On departure, again no desk assistance, no personnel in bldg.-- none. Attempted to charge a ramp fee, which I refused based on lack of service. Will seek another option at KTUS in the future.

Landed TUS to pickup a friend. Premier was very helpful, quick fueling, friendly staff. Would recommend. Tower had me power taxi to the end of 29L due to it's length. I asked for and got the closer runway to the FBO, saving several minutes of taxi time.

Tucson was a destination & fuel stop for the 2009 Riverside Pilots Air Rally. We stayed for 2 nights to visit the PIMA Air Museum & boneyard. The Premier Aviation FBO staff was friendly & glad to see us. It was our first time to Tucson & we'll be back and will return to Premier Aviation. We recommend the Premier Aviation FBO.

Our Flying Club visited with three airplanes and the service could not have been better. The tiedown and fuel prices were as advertised and the staff was very friendly with fantastic service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

I called one day ahead for car and hotel. I received excellent accommodations. Rita and Rosa do a fine job. Premier is staffed by good people all the way around. I couldn't ask for better service from the line to the gate.
