Flew in on the Sunday after Thanksgiving with family and was greeted by a friendly lineman as I taxied toward the FBO. Staff inside the FBO was also friendly and made several suggestions of things to do/places to eat, etc. Definitely will be coming back!

Mountain West is awesome! Very helpful and friendly. 1st time in and the helpful staff recommended getting a bite at the Flight Deck Restaurant.. It was great "homemade" food. You have to try the clam chowder. I will definitely be back.

Great FBO! Lineman out on ramp to park me the last 3 times I flew in. Friendly desk staff. Called the week before to have an Enterprise car waiting on a Sunday. Line staff pulled out to plane. Hustled to fuel me and the tour helicopter operator at the same time. Found multigrade oil I wanted. Restaurant at terminal was pretty empty but good food.

Made a brief stop at TVL on a pleasure flight. Didn't need fuel or any other services, but Mountain West had a line guy direct me to a great spot in the front row, offer me a free soda and use the facilities. Great, friendly staff, and very helpful.

Came in with 2 aircraft and Mountain was very helpful. The ramp was in rough shape but they directed us to a good parking spot. We used Lake Shore Taxi 530-544-3600 to get to the state line as they had a mini van to haul all a people. Mountain west had them waiting for us. Thanks

These guys are awesome. The food at the terminal is great with really nice people. Great location to watch airplanes. Practice your high altitude landings, density altitude and mountain flying.

These guys are great, fuel is reasonable and the lounge is first class. The restaurant has great food and live music on some Saturdays and Sundays. Great flying destination.

Flew in on August 11th, and got the same great service as the previous comment. They still don't have a crew car, but they do have crew bikes. Our party of four rode the free bikes into town for brunch and had a great time.

Stopped by on 6-27-10 for lunch at the newly opened cafe in the new terminal building. The friendly folks from Golden West met us, marshaled us in, and even pushed the plane back into the tiedown spot for us. Fueling was quick and prompt. I only wish they had a crew car available -- even a beater -- so pilots could avoid the $50 roundtrip cab ride into town. But if you're only flying in for a meal, the new restaurant has tasty food, good prices, and a great view. They're open for dinner, too. We'll be back!

Overall good service. They marshaled me in and tied the plane down right away. The day before I left I called and asked for an extension cord to be left out to plug in my plane. I arrived a few hours later to plug in and there was no cord. Called the 24 hour service line and the person apologized and promised to plug the plane in at 7 AM. When I arrived the next morning at 9 AM, the plane was still not plugged in. I mentioned it to the young man at the desk and he apologized.

Very nice service. We stopped in with our Beechjet and received great service and support. The cab ride to/from town was $20. No crew car. Oh, and yes there was landing and handling fees for us...:-(

While it seems harder and harder to find great customer service, these guys were unbelievable. They stayed half an hour late to ensure our passengers made it back safely. They quickly fueled our Beechjet and were more than friendly with all services needed. Terrific customer service! We will be back!

Came in for a couple of days. Nice staff. They were very polite and helpful. Fuel prices on the higher end, but not to far out of line. No crew car was available. Due to cut backs, the on call Blue-Go (local on call service) requires 3-5 days advance notice, so the only way to get to town without renting a car is by city bus (big hassle) or taxi (30 dollars each way).

Was there this weekend; went like a dream, line guy had me tied down in 5 mins; they had rental (Hertz) ready and we were on our way in no time. Bought 10 gals $49.50 and $10 per night tie-down fee. Recommended!

I've always found the crew at Mountain West to be real friendly and service oriented. I stopped by on July 19, which happened to be the last day of the big celebrity pro-am golf tournament at Edgewood Golf Club. The GA ramp was packed with jets and limos moving celebs. In spite of all the goings-on, my C-206 was promptly greeted by Mike and two young helpers who quickly situated us and tied down the aircraft. I left a fuel order, which I feared might be forgotten in all the action. However, when I returned that evening after hours, I found my plane perfectly fueled and ready to go. Nice!
