Called ahead, and the lady did not seem very helpful. But when I arrived, WOW, the service was great! They gave me a crew car, and wanted to make sure I was all taken care of. I had to insist that they accept some money for allowing me to plug in a heater. Real nice facility.

Kudos to Reeder Flying Service! We recently stopped for lunch at KTWF and got stuck overnight because of weather. Danny (line) was most professional in handling our tiedown and fueling and Norma (reception) was terrific in booking us a room and being sure we had transportation. This will be a regular stop for us annually when we fly Florida to Portland, as their hospitality was greatly appreciated.

Nice airport. SS pump located near the passenger terminal. The high point was the Cafe/Restaurant inside the terminal, which has unusually good food and service plus a discount for pilots flying thru.

Received a call from management shortly after the New Year. They advised me that they were actually the ones in charge, and seemed very sincere about making things better. They had an internal meeting to discuss the event, and I believe they made some good changes. Having spoken with the real management of this operation I would gladly give them a second chance. To the owners at KTWF: thanks for reaching out!

Most disorganized FBO I've ever visited. They must be under new management, as the two ladies who claimed to be "the managers" are not qualified to manage that operation imho. It took me longer to get out of their FBO from the time I arrived than it did to DRIVE THERE FROM SUN VALLEY!! 1.5 hours to find and fuel a Citation jet. Let me repeat that: 1.5 hours to FIND AND FUEL a Citation jet. AND THAT WAS AFTER I CALLED WITH 2 HOURS NOTICE. Their response to my complete frustration was AND I QUOTE "We have been much more backed up than this"... I hope this note helps to reduce their backlog, but if you still dare to fly here call ahead three hours, two hours and one hour before your arrival. Stay on top of them or expect to be waiting for a long time.

Nice folks. The self service pumps are down for the count due to a computer problem. There is NO self service fuel!

What a great FBO. We flew in late in the day. They directed us to a tie down spot. Help with our bags. Provided a very nice car for overnight. What a great place.

Weather closed in on us, and we had to make an unplanned (overnight!) stop at Twin Falls. AMAZING help and service from Reeder. We left our laptop in the trunk of their generously provided crew car (duh), and they packed and overnighted it to us. FABULOUS SERVICE, from dog-friendly grass to great hotel recommendations and instant tie-down help. Great fuel prices, too. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
