Fantastic customer service. Very nice facility. Was weathered in for most of the day when trying to depart. We had already checked out of hotel so we were stuck at the FBO all day. The crew cars were both being used, so one of the staff offered to get take out for us from a local restaurant for lunch. This is the only airport I've been to in the Indy area... But I doubt any others could top it!

Hoosier Hospitality does not get any better than this. Great people and great service, both line and counter. Flew in for the Indy 500 and there was zero attempt at gouging for a special event. Much appreciated. Being able to both drop off and pick up your bird under the huge covered canopy is a real luxury. Don't let the new name "Indianapolis Executive" (dreamed up by lame marketing types) fool you. Yes, they are professional, but at its heart, this is still the old "Terry Airport" and retains a country feel.

Montgomery Aviation made it a priority to clear out the build of snow and ice on the ramps so that the Commemorative Air Force could taxi our WWII warbird to the large corporate hangar Montgomery Aviation made available for hosting of 250 guests for our annual 1940's Gala honoring veterans, and to provide space for safe parking and transportation of all those guests. This FBO always does whatever it takes to serve well not only its locally based and transient aircraft, but also the local community!

Ice and snow are not a problem for us at Indy Exec. Dan and his crew kept the runways open through this tough time and kept the doors to my hangar working and cleared all the time. Great customer service and clean runways and taxiways too. No other place was open. Good to have Montgomery Aviation in charge.

Indy Exec remained open during a severe ice storm February 1st & 2nd. Dan Montgomery and his staff worked relentlessly to keep the airport open, the ramp cleared and access open to GA hangars. They cleared away the built up ice and snow in front of my hangar. Carl then gave me a much-welcomed hand in pulling my plane out safely so I could fly a Compassion flight. Thanks - Indy Exec!

Head east from the airport until crossing Highway 31 (about 10 miles). Then in about the 2nd or 3rd block on the north side of the street, is one of the best restaurants I've been to. "Mi Casita" Cafe. Some of the best Colombian food there is.

Visiting the Indy area? This is the place to stop. Took great care of us even though our 2 places Lancair only takes 15-20 gallons of fuel.

Great Experience from the people at Montgomery Aviation. Weathered in, they put our Bonanza in a hangar, and without drama told us to bring the rental car back whenever we were ready to go. First class facility

June 18, 2010: I never give excellent ratings because I'm picky and there is always something...But Dan and his team at Montgomery Aviation earned the excellent rating from me on my recent stay because of how they handled "that something". After having my rental waiting and running to cool down, helping us unload under the shade of the canopy, my sons and I were on our way for our Fathers Day weekend. However, unexpected severe storms caught my Saratoga out on the ramp overnight before it was to go in the hangar, and I ended up with a small flood in the back seat area. Without hesitation, Dan pulled me into the hangar, helped me mitigate the issue the best we could, then put a dryer in overnight. On departure, my bill for all this service was my fuel. When in Indianapolis, I will go a little out of my way for the staff, service and the canopy at Montgomery Aviation.

We used Montgomery Aviation again this year when we were in Indy for the 500. As always, they were great and provided us with fantastic service with both the airplane and the rent car.

Montgomery Aviation is the best. We have our Lance hangared there and they are always responsive and provide great service. Last Saturday, the day after a significant snowstorm, they had the snow ridge from plowing the ramp by the hangars cleared from my hangar door so I could leave after hours on a trip. I've had several experiences where they've gone above and beyond. They are on the ball, even for us little guys.

Flew in for a few hours. Was offered the crew car and they parked the airplane inside while I was away to keep it warm on a very cold winter day. Total cost: the fuel bill. In return I filled up the crew car with fuel. The best part wasn't the great value, but the extraordinarily hospitable staff. This is as good as it gets. Thanks to everyone at Montgomery Aviation!

I flew my C 182 into KTYQ on Thanksgiving. Dan Montgomery who is the owner was wokring and gave me super service - parked under the canopy, top off and TKS fluid. Waived the over nite parking fees for fuel purchase. Very nice experience.

Stayed over the weekend. When I arrived, rental car was ready, Diana had even printed out a mapquest guide for our hotel and a restaurant I had asked about. Very friendly staff. Offered me a hangar for my plane and discounted 1 of three days for fuel purchase. Will definitely use them when I have a need to come back to the Indianapolis area.

Wonderful team there. Stopped today and were greeted by a volunteer for the pancake breakfast who provided free breakfast tickets because we had flown in. A nice surprise, since we were unaware of a breakfast. Needed the car for a couple of hours (they have two available), which was no problem. Excellent approaches and infrastructure along with great folks and a very fine facility...Will certainly stop again. Thanks to everyone!

I fly here 4 or 5 times a year. It is a first class facility with helpful staff. I was surprised on my last stop though to be charged $25 per night parking fee for a single piston even with a fuel purchase.

Very nice FBO, and great customer service. The place was busy with bigger aircraft, but my piston Mooney was treated with just the same respect. Nice courtesy car for a 1.5hr lunch into town.

I based out of Executive for a local job and they did a great job with fueling and hangaring of my plane. Melanie was very helpful with rental car and hotel arrangements. Their service showed and I would definitely return again.
