From William Benner on 19-Sep-2009: Great airport with some of the cheapest fuel in a several state area. Note that "fuel is available 24 hrs a day IF YOU CALL!"
From Tim Welter on 14-Oct-2008: Stopped on my way to Wisconsin. Very friendly staff and great gas prices. Their gas hose developed a leak but they put some tape around it and one guy held the tape tightly and one guy filled my tanks. That's service! I would have stopped again on my way back but they had to shut down the gas pump until they got a new hose and it hadn't come in yet.
From Ron Butler on 07-Oct-2008: Landed to get fuel.. Airport was unattended and sign on pump said no credit cards accepted except for cards issued by City of Cuba. Cheap fuel but not available to transient public.
From Philip King on 19-May-2007: Good fuel prices and friendly service from Fred, the airport manager. Even Buddy, the airport pooch was friendly! Runway recently resurfaced, and remarked.
From Chris Holliday on 03-May-2007: I called ahead to confirm price and availability. When I arrived the manager who helped me refuel met me. As is always the case the low fuel price attracted too many users this weekend and they ran out. He informed me before I fueled and was apologetic. The new price was $3.50 and seems fair given the current market. Fred was very helpful and drove me to get something to eat. Still my preferred place to stop.
From Tom Barnes on 13-Mar-2007: Traveling on a Sunday, I called ahead to verify availability. He said to call him if I arrive early. I did, and as promised, he came to work early. I stopped by on my return trip too.
From Dick Almay on 11-Feb-2007: Great fuel prices and the manager even stayed late to give me a ride to the motel.. The next morning he picked me up at the motel and took me back to plane, even though he wasn't scheduled to work that early. Great little airport!
From William Judge on 27-Jan-2007: Called ahead for fuel and the attendant said they were closing at 4:30 but would stay late to fuel me. When I arrived the attendant was there and cheerfully filled my plane. Excellent service!
