Arrived mid-day - service was great; offered the courtesy car - told me what to do if I came in after hours - good people.

A very GA-friendly place. Airport Manager Jack Bowman and his team went out of their way to make this a pleasant stopover. I came in at night; long after everyone on the field had gone home. I called the after-hours phone number provided on the ramp side of the terminal, and Jack talked me through where to find the courtesy car key, and provided directions. Service the next morning was fast. If you are in the neighborhood and need fuel, or if you are planning to visit the Ozarks, this would be a great place to land.

Back again due to winter weather in N Arkansas and Missouri. They put me in a hangar with an outlet and loaned me a cord to plug in the Tanis heater. I took the courtesy car and they let me keep it for an extra day while weather in Chicago cleared. I left after they had closed and they let me settle up for the hangar by slipping the money through the windows at the front desk. I always enjoy stopping here for the best service and unbelievable hospitality. Even makes going to see the in-laws enjoyable.

Stopped at West Plains on the way from Texas to Chicago. This was a great fuel stop. Friendly service, good gas prices, and a nice clean FBO. I will stop here again. N473CD Cirrus SR22

Excellent service on the way back from Oshkosh. A flight of two, we were handled like royalty. Good fuel prices and we were offered a courtesy car or ride for food. Will definitely be back thanks for the great hospitality...

Flew in late 12/22/06. Arranged for courtesy car and keys were waiting as promised. Returned early next morning. Topped off by line crew and was on the way. Nothing fancy, but, very dependable. Will return.
