Diverted to KVCV due to turbulence and icing. The Ground Crew was great. Found a car rental for me on a Sunday and let us use the crew car to pickup the rental.

Awesome service, great people. I like it when an FBO treats a small plane like they flew up in a Citation. They have popcorn, water, friendly smiles, a great stop to refresh the face, and straighten the legs.

Had to divert to VCV due to severe overcast in the L.A. Basin. Even though I was in a Cherokee parked next to some pretty pricey machines, the staff treated me with the utmost professionalism and had me in a rental car in 10 minutes and on the way to my conference. Great experience. Would definitely do business with them again.
