I take it all back. Last July I delivered my '62 Cherokee for panel upgrade--change out nav/comm radios, G/S, audio panel, and R/R the transponder. Eric was always gone and didn't answer any phone calls or e-mails to arrange the work. I dealt with Brian. Twice I offered deposit, twice Brian said not necessary. One week after delivering the plane I called to ask how it was going. Brian said they needed a deposit before starting work! Guys, phone works both ways. Finally done, go to pick up, transponder not working, L PTT OTS, audio panel not working properly, #2 CDI scallops wildly & +06* dual VOR check. Granted I wanted this on the cheap but they provided the avionics. This provides a whole new meaning to 'serviceable'. Everyone makes mistakes; the measure is how you respond to it. I remain unhappy with the response. Sorry fellas, you lost a customer. My guy back home could only shake his head over the way Brian 'repaired' the PTT.

Eric and NavCom have been doing work for me on my former Skymaster for the past two years, basically replacing the entire avionics package. Been in 4 or 5 times, and always courteous and super professional. And the prices are about as good as you'll ever find! Highly Recommended!

Best deal in the area for pitot/static/transponder check. Eric even fixed a couple of lines that needed to be replaced at no charge. Thanks...Also know of some work he did on a C175 and he did a great job.

I own an aircraft maintenance shop near Reedley,Ca. I have used a lot of avionics shops but I use Navcom for all my avionics work. Eric does what he says. He can get my aircraft in and out quickly at at a reasonable cost. The best part is that it is done right the first time.
