Lineman was extremely helpful! Airport charges $25/night tie-down for a Cessna 182 unless you purchase fuel. Terminal was nice/clean. Nice facility.

Nice airport with friendly folks. Enjoyed my brief stopover, but hope to return soon and explore the area a bit. Tri-Cities approach very helpful as well to this VFR pilot.

Flew into KVJI for the first time to visit my hometown and my family. Excellent experience. No fees with 30-gallon purchase. I was in a single engine Diamond. Not sure if 30 gallon minimum includes twins.

Been there in the past and have had a very good experience. I Inquired about the 50.00 fee and it is a one time facilities fee that is waived if you purchase 35 gallons of fuel. No charge to park there per night.

There is now a $50 overnight fee unless you buy 35 gallons. When I visited there was not another airplane on the ramp. Wonder why? County airport board just doesn't get it!

Nice folks, they offered a golf cart ride from the plane to the terminal building. I called my fuel order in and all was in order when I arrived. I spent the night in Abingdon (Martha Washington -very nice). Enterprise brought our call out just a few minutes after I called. The folks at the airport said there is a new policy of charging $50.00 for overnight visitors who don't buy, at least, 35 gallons of fuel, I'm not sure whether this was just for twins or was a general policy but if you are going to need less than 35 gallons, I recommend calling in advance to avoid an unhappy surprise. Overall, a good stop.

Everything a small FBO needs. Pilot lounge, friendly helpful linemen, courtesy car, and full service fuel that is cheaper than most places self-service.
