Ashley (CSR) started the day right, and the rest of the team didn't let her down -- phenomenal service from all the line guys/gals and CSRs -- top notch all the way around. Thanks!

Called ahead and they had the Car and Driver for the passengers meet our King Air as we taxied in. A very good facility for the pilots while we waited for our passengers. Also provided a Crew Car so we could get Lunch. Reasonable Fuel Prices and no Fees with a 120 gallon purchase of Jet A. Also observed them giving good Service to a couple of piston planes. Where Signature has competition on an Airport, they provide good services. Examples we use are Signature at Santa Barbara and Thermal. Where they are the only FBO like at SFO, they stink. Told our Dispatcher to always use Signature at VNY.

Felt like I was robbed taxiing away from Signature today. Made a 10 minute stop in a Duchess to drop off two pax and was charged a $50 ramp fee (the lineman told us it was $25). They would have waived the ramp fee, had we needed to pick up 50 gallons of fuel or more ($300). Service was cold and unwelcoming - in fact, there was no service whatsoever. What did I spend $50 on?? I WILL NEVER VISIT SIGNATURE AGAIN.

I landed to pick up the owner of the aircraft who was at a seminar at Signature. After shutdown we were informed that the ramp fee for a P-46T was $150 unless we took over 100 gallons of fuel.. Needless to say, we won't go back.
