Nice place for a self-serve quick turn. Courtesy car (ex-police car) had keys in it and notebook to leave your info. Town is 3-4 mi. Away, but there are several restaurants there. Fuel price was EXCELLENT. Pretty area if like traditional farming and corn, corn, and more corn.

Stopped at Vinton to and from OSH (27/31 Jul). Clean lobby with flight planning room and computer. Keys were in the courtesy car which we took advantage of on 31 Jul for trip into town for lunch. Great fuel price. Will definitely stop here again next year.

Stopped in 3/31/2010 in the afternoon. Self serve fuel including Mogas. Mogas is 3.25 not 2.95. Stopped again 4/1/2010. Be careful as no one was around and I needed two quarts of oil. Tried to call someone but just got the answering machine. Come prepared.

Stopped by on my way back from Oshkosh for self-serve MOGAS. There is a small terminal building with bathrooms and a courtesy car available. A nice small airport for a quick fuel stop.
