Three friends and I stopped at KYVS on our way to OSH. We had made plans to stay at a local hotel. The FBO had a crew car, a 79 Olds that was 22 feet long and trunk big enough for all our gear. They let us use keep it over night. The whole staff was very friendly. Will be back on my next trip to OSH.

En route from Ogden Utah, I called Midwest Avtech to schedule a tire change, and a nosewheel bushing change. I had the parts forwarded to them, and in a quick 1.7 hrs, I was flying a tight little Beech Skipper again. Completing the deal was gas at $4.30, and the courtesy car: a 1979 Olds 99, 22 feet long with a carburetor. Brian and Boss Chuck got me so squared away I hated to leave. It's great to know there's people like this in the aviation community to look after you when you're far from home.

Friendly little airport. Quick service and use of a courtesy car for breakfast. I use these folks again!

What a great place to visit, with warm and welcoming people. My wife and I landed here for fuel and a bite to eat. We will be back when we are in the area. Thanks everyone.

Very friendly airport staff greeted us at our airplanes. Courtesy car also available for a short trip down the road to the very nice antique mall, which actually had real antiques. Fuel was a tad expensive at $3.78/gallon.
