I tied down my Mooney for a week at KVYS at the end of July, while driving on to Oshkosh in a friend's motorhome. I was immediately welcomed and assured that all would be fine with my plane while I was gone. I did not need to take advantage of the offer, but they provided phone numbers and said to simply call if I had any concerns about weather and wanted to have them tow my plane into their hangar while I was away. The facilities are in great shape, and I would not hesitate to return.
