Agree with the Sep 08 comment - help is there if you ask for it. Not a soul in sight when taxied in - had to just "pick a spot" and hope it was okay. Walked to Barnes where we had a car reserved, and Andy told me to find the guy in the red shirt ... Had to track him down walking across the (big) ramp. Helpful and friendly, but be prepared to hike a bit to find fuel (jet A, so needed the truck). Easy in/out airport, so good experience all in all -- just not much in customer service.

Help from personnel is there if you ask for it--opening gate to drive to A/C for luggage load/unloading. Voluntarily pitching in didn't happen but, hey, I chose a Self Serve facility so no complaints. Fuel price was $5.45 for 100LL.

Good airport and tower. Self service facility and tie downs in good shape.

Easy in and easy out. Tower was easy to work with. Not much traffic the day I arrived. Self serve pump worked as advertised.

The self-serve fueling computer has been replaced. All is good.
