Well as I promised we stopped there on Sunday to refuel going Northbound. Fuel pump didn't work so we had to make another stop someplace else. Still a nice place though and I'll keep it in mind for the next trip

Stopped on our way to Atlanta in our Cessna. Just as advertised, they had great fuel prices! I'll be stopping there on the way home to refuel again. Thanks Hancock airport.

Looking for a small airport with excellent fuel prices and self-serve. This is it. Unattended. Make sure you disarm the alarm system when you enter the building or the local police will show up.

Fantastic small airport. New facility and Mr. Wimmer is the most accommodating manager I have ever met. Currently no crew car and limited taxi service but Mr. Wimmer went out of his way to help me get to my location.

Apparently, a new airport right next to the Ohio River. It is a very nice facility but unattended during my visit. Some construction on the field leads me to believe that new hangars are being built. The construction porta-john was handy as the terminal was closed. Self service 100LL was available for a truly reasonable price. No instrument approaches yet but one could always divert to Owensboro (west) or Tell City (east) if necessary. If you plan on staying overnight, give the Riverhouse B&B a try. The proprietor will pick you up from the airport and provide some marvelous hospitality.
