We stop at AvFlight once or twice a week, you always feel welcome, warm greeting from the line staff and the girls at the desk. Everyone goes that extra mile for the flight crews and pax. What ever you need coffee, ice, motels, rental cars or something special Cindy will do her best to help out.

I just spoke with Cindy at the front desk for AvFlight. What phenomenal service she provided. She was able to line up a car quickly and effectively. She also provided me with great advise on hotels nearby with discounts!! She also did a great job describing the brand new facility, can't wait to see it! I wonder if they give out free t-shirts or coffee mugs? Ha! Nice job Cindy!! Look forward to meeting you upon arrival!

A trip to Willow Run (KYIP) once meant an unpleasant day at an airport that mainly served as a freight hub. Now that AvFlight East has remodeled, the trip to Willow Run is an exceptional experience. Facility is top notch and comfortable. Line staff is professional and ready to handle all our requests. The Customer Service personnel greet us with a smile, take great care of our passengers needs and have our invoices prepared promptly. In particular, Cindy Stallworth deserves praise for her engaging smile and excellent customer service.

Flew in 9/16/08 in single engine. They treat you great from start to finish! Great service. Rental car to aircraft. Competitive fuel prices. Super facilities. Clean. This is what an FBO should be like.

Very nice FBO. I fly my wife and two kids here often to visit with family. There are no tie downs on the East side but plenty of ramp space is available. Great service and the line guys treat the kids (6 and 4) like gold. We will continue to visit often.

Avflight East has reopened as of a couple of months ago. Nice facility. First Class.. Staff was friendly and helpful.
