What a phenomenal experience! We arrived for an afternoon, having never been here. The CSR's were about the friendliest I've ever met, and the overall service was spot-on (including line service efforts to fuel us, and provide coffee, ice, etc). Thanks, AvFlight, for making our stay very pleasant... I hope to see you in the near future!

Great bunch of folks. ALWAYS-excellent service. The new manager has my best wishes. He has big shoes to fill. The CSRs are excellent. Christine had my bill ready as soon as I walked in. (quick turn). Always professional with a smile and a helpful attitude. Thanks again for great service.

I have had several horrible experiences due to Cindy, but the last time I was in there Christine helped us out and did provide us with exemplary service. She managed to find us catering with less than short notice and offered us a great fuel price. I will keep using them but I hope I don't ever have Cindy sitting behind the desk when I arrive.

Came into to KYIP today and went to AvFlight East. Cindy at the counter took care of our passengers and had the rental car ready when we pulled onto the ramp. Gave us a crew car and directions to some local restaurants. Had a great experience and will definitely come back whenever we come back through KYIP. Thanks!

Whoa, Whoa, Whoa. I looked and saw $4.48 for SS 100LL. Thought great. Not only that but if you go to the AvFlight AirNav page it says: Fueling hours: Monday-Friday 100LL SS available at 4.48 a gallon Saturday-Sunday 100LL SS available at 4.29 a gallon. Then there is the whole they're on both sides of the airport thing. I called to find out whether I would go to the east or west and where the SS Fuel was. Answer: If I wanted to tie down they have a couple of sets of tie down rings on the West side. The East side is mostly for jets, (I get the hint), and fuel? There is no self-serve. The truck is $5.30 a gallon. That's $1.01 more than the "AirNav Guaranteed Price." You decide.

We stop at AvFlight once or twice a week, you always feel welcome, warm greeting from the line staff and the girls at the desk. Everyone goes that extra mile for the flight crews and pax. What ever you need coffee, ice, motels, rental cars or something special Cindy will do her best to help out.
