I parked a 182 on the west ramp last weekend. Upon dropping it off Saturday, I said: 1. Please put it inside 2. I will leave between 0600 and 0700 on Monday 3. Please fuel it between now and then when I arrived on Monday at 06:45; the plane was still in the hangar not fueled. I was really expecting to just show up, preflight and go.

Stopped in for the air show again. Seems like service has slipped since last year. No chocks, no tie downs, and now a $10 ramp fee or 10 gallons of overpriced gas, take your pick. The shuttle over to the air show was chaotic at best. Unfortunately the only game in town during the show so what can you do?

Our experience at AvFlight West was great. People went out of their way to be helpful. Fueling was done on time. Controllers were excellent. A good stop.

KYIP is a weekly stop for me, usually every Thursday. It can get very busy there at times, but the line crews are really great they do there best to take care of all your needs. Plane is met carpet is down and help with baggage. Once inside Cindy is there waiting to help with all of your needs. Great place, crew car and many places close by to get a bite to eat.

Landed at Willow Run with a group of approximately 12 aircraft for a meeting in Dearborn. The staff was very accommodating. Our aircraft were hangared for the weekend without charge. Our requests for fuel were promptly handled and the aircraft were pulled out on time as requested. Overall a great experience with exceptional service. Many thanks to the line guys working this past weekend for job well done.

I am based at YIP and the landing fee assessed below was an airport administrative error. I fly a Commander 114, which goes down as and AC11, about 3200 lbs, fully loaded, and occasionally I get one of those bills. I just call 734-942-3550 which is Metro Airport Authority (they control Willow Run) and they will fix it. And then remove them.

Stopped in August 6th for the air show. No charge for parking and they provided a free shuttle over to the east side of the airport for access to the air show, no charge for the roundtrip. Didn't get gas because it was pricey, found it much cheaper about 30 minutes away.

Stopped in 8/4 to attend the Thunder Over Michigan air show, which is why we parked on the West side. Airplane not met. 10 minutes after we shutdown a guy came out and said he would bring a baggage cart. He never came back. He did get us a cab. They seemed to be busy with fractionals and catering and short on staff. When I asked about shuttle to air show or hotel, not available. When we left on Sunday a shuttle had appeared. They charged me $4.45/gal, which is lower than AirNav shows. Could be a fluke. 2 days later I get a call that I didn't pay my gas bill. I have the CC receipt and they aren't answering the phone. Prolly won't go back.

Stopped in last minute on 7/10 & received very friendly and helpful service from Dan in getting a car and room (with crew discount). Didn't buy fuel and still no landing or parking fee. Returned 7/14 and again received great service from Jeff, Cindy & Dan. Plane was moved from ramp to the hangar when storm moved through during the night - no charge. What a pleasure doing business with these people. Avflight West should be very happy to have such great representatives for their business

I had a great experience at Willow Run Airport. The staff at AvFlight were very friendly and let us use the crew car to go into town to get something to eat. Even though we did not buy gas. Everyone at AvFlight was courteous and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them if you are going to the Detroit area.
