Great experience with everyone here! Stopped at about 12:30 in the morning to drop someone off. Tried to start again, not enough juice. Called and they had someone there in about 10 minutes with a cart. Saved me from spending another night away from home!

We spent two days (5/25 and 5/26/07) at McCormick in our Turbo Arrow. We received very polite and friendly service from the FBO. There is now a PC available for weather briefings, flight planning, etc. We rented a car through Hertz and they delivered it to the FBO. Very convenient. Avgas was $5.03 for full-serve. (Ouch!)

Decent service, provided 4 days free tie down with fuel purchase (33 gallons only). Pilot lounge a little lacking(basically couch in office, no weather, no internet), but clean and staff very friendly.

Our company operates a Citation II into Yakima once a week. The McCormick Air Center folks go out of their way every time to make our crew and passengers welcome. Their services are excellent and staff is very professional and knowledgeable. The fuel prices are very reasonable as well.

On the first leg of a Seattle to Maryland trip in my new Glasair 1RG we had a gear oil pressure loss. We landed in Yakima and the Mccormick shop guys there were GREAT. They let us work on the plane in their hangar, lent us tools, helped us locate gaskets at a local supply shop, and generally were the best mechanics I have worked with. When the problem turned out to be bigger than a simple fix, I felt very confident leaving the plane with them to finish.

We take our Citation into a variety of airports, large and small, throughout the western U.S. & Canada. When we select an FBO to use, service is the difference. We moved our business to McCormick as soon as they opened on the airfield. From the beginning, McCormick has consistently provided the prompt & friendly service that we hope to see, for our passengers first, then the crew. It is our only recommended FBO for YKM.
