We flew into Winner on Sept. 27th a Sunday afternoon coming from the Cessna 195 annual Fly-In that weekend in St. Louis, MO. I did call ahead that morning and the service we received there was great! On the weekends, two young brothers run the place, Andy and Dave (I think), they were so nice. We had another C-195 fly in also, 10 minutes behind us. They gave us the crew car for the night, great dinner recommendations, we went to the Chop House. The young guys took care of both Cessna 195s with the greatest of care. They brought their fuel trucks down to the tie down section to block off heavy winds that were coming in that night from a storm. Both young gentlemen were so friendly and kind. We would stop there again anytime! Nancy and Ron Gruner N3485V

We flew into YNG just before Winner Aviation closed. We had called ahead asking if they could reserve a hotel for us in the area. When we arrived they were waiting for us, gave us their courtesy car for the night and had directions printed out to the hotel! We received the same red carpet service when we came back the next morning. They went above and beyond the usual FBO service. As another writer said - they absolutely live up to their name.

We flew in to YNG yesterday, as a storm was moving through. Two members of the line crew came to meet us with umbrellas in pouring rain. They brought our rental car to the plane while we were registering at the desk and waited in the rain for me to return so that they could help load the luggage. Then, in case the thunderstorm dropped any hail they towed the plane into a hangar. After all of this when I attempted to tip them they said, tips are not necessary, we are here to serve. I've experienced some amazing service at FBO's but I would be hard pressed to say that any exceeded the attentiveness of the crew at Winner. They live up to their name. Thank you Winner Aviation. --Ron Calugar, N8163F.

Greetings Rick, I recently was headed to Oshkosh and was unfortunately stopped by thunderstorms for two days. I had the pleasure to meet and talk to your crew over those days. Kelly is a sweetheart! Don, Brian, Line guys, and the group were the best! VERY HELPFUL!!! Thank you for the GREAT experience.

We stopped at Winner on our way to Oshkosh & what a great surprise this place was!! The staff is fantastic and they had discounted avgas to $3 a gallon for AirVenture fanatics!! My co-pilot and I had lunch in the pilot's lounge and relaxed in the comfortable recliners, and watched a little bit of a movie!! I felt like I was at home. Thank you Winner Aviation...We can't wait to come back!

On a XC to Clinton, IA from back east we had to divert here due to wx. Such a lucky break! The linemen were fast, efficient, and genuinely friendly. Aaron, thanks so much for going above and beyond for our 152 'heavy.' We had a terrific experience all around. I should be so fortunate to ever find a place like Winner Aviation on such short notice again!

We stayed overnight in Youngstown. I cannot express how efficient and nice the personnel were at Winner. This especially applies to the linemen. It was bitterly cold and winds were gusting to 30 knots, yet the linemen met my airplane and helped us unload our luggage and carry it inside (oh yeah, I was in a lowly PA-28 to boot). The airplane was quickly fueled and moved to sheltered ramp area out of the wind (they did not charge an overnight parking fee because we bought fuel). The next morning, a different lineman, saw us pull up in a taxi and rushed out to help us bring our luggage into the FBO. As we were getting our preflight items out of the way, he passed on some flight observations, from a pilot that had landed a few minutes prior to our arrival. It is nice to receive this kind of special attention. The airport facilities and FBO, makes utilizing KYNG pure pleasure.
