Everything was working, good pump and receipt at $4.32 today...Fairly competitive and cheaper than many. Working restrooms, and lounge...No computer or Internet.

Great little airport. Fuel as posted on AirNav of $3.78. One of the cheapest in the area. Try the Rock and Roll Cafe while you are there.

One of my favorite airports. Pond with picnic tables right next to the airport, and of course the beach is a short walk away. Self-fuel works great, price of $4.38 exactly as stated on AirNav, and an after-hours biffy with a hand washing station is available.

Great place to fly. The view from above is picture perfect. Just a short walk, you can get a real nice meal. The posted fuel price is incorrect. Just watch out for the kite flyers when you depart

The Guaranteed price was listed at $5.07. The price I paid was $5.20/gal. of 100LL. Otherwise, it is a nice airport to visit.

Stopped in for fuel and some eats at the 60's cafe. The fuel price was $4.99. I realize that its "only' .02 higher than the guaranteed price, but there seems to be a pattern evolving here. Several posters have noted that the 'actual' is often slightly higher than the 'guaranteed' price. It would be nice, for a change, to see the actual price than the posted.

Fuel was $4.90 on Sunday 4-27-08 (as opposed to the $4.83 "guaranteed" price).

Optima Publication's "Pilots Guide to California Airports" indicates an overnight tie-down fee of $5. It's really $10. No big deal.

Great little airport. Nice camping area on the field with fire rings and campfire available for $10 a wheelbarrow load, we visit at least 2-3 times a year. A couple blocks to the beach, can't ask for more. Love the smell of the ocean air and love flying down the beach. Glad to see the fuel pump is back up...And not bad for a price either.

AS of this writing, L52 100LL is by far, less expensive than any airport within 50 miles [and quite possibly more than 50 miles!]

Stopped for fuel at L52 last week. Hadn't been there in awhile. Same great little airport. Beautiful new self-serve with great price ($3.67/gal) and pretty much had the place to myself on a Sunday afternoon. Wish I could have stayed longer.....

I was surprised to see cheap fuel available at L52 so I called the posted phone number and confirmed it. Great news!
