Stopped by on 12-4-11 to fill up on the cheapest avgas ($5.06) I've bought in a long time. The pump is in fine working order, and now there are loaner bikes available to pilots, thanks to the efforts of the local airport association. Definitely one of my favorite flight destinations in all of California.

Great friendly service as always. The fuel is cheaper than central valley area often. The Mexican restaurant was even better than last time.

This airport is not just amazing, it is a treasure! Its name says it all... It is on the ocean, just a couple minutes walk to the surf. Check out the fantastic $10 campground. Take off runway 29 right over the ocean! The self-service pump is modern, convenient and reasonable... And always open. The restrooms were clean. Don't miss this beautiful airport.

Stopped in on Jan. 31 for a pleasant lunch at the nearby Mexican restaurant, a stroll along the beach, and a full tank of avgas for the low price of $4.11/gal. The runway, ramp, tiedowns, and fuel island are in good shape. With so many attractions within walking distance, and inexpensive avgas, it's no wonder we keep coming back to Oceano (from our home base 170 nm away).

Everything was working, good pump and receipt at $4.32 today...Fairly competitive and cheaper than many. Working restrooms, and lounge...No computer or Internet.
