Nice and easy fuel stop. The terminal was unattended, but the code for the door is on the fuel pump. The bathrooms were clean and although I didn't stop, it looks like the tiedowns spots were in good shape and availability looked good.

Made a quick fuel stop enroute from Jacksonville to Dallas. Great airport and cheap SS fuel. Easy in and out with Jackson Approach.

What a great little airport! Fuel is cheapest around, easy in/out with the normal southern hospitality! Even had trouble starting and they jumped me at NO charge! Quick turn around makes it a natural place to stop when going x-c.

Went in yesterday after weather over planned fuel stop. SS pumps worked perfectly, did not need crew car so cannot comment on that. Overall good airport with good fuel prices. Will stop again for fuel when in the area. Ken Andrew. Commander N377SB

Very nice airport, poor management. Landed May 31, 2008 for 2 hour stay. No one there. Self serve pumps - no fuel price posted. Enter dollar amount and take what you get. Naturally no one to loan a crew car. Called the phone number listed, got the answering machine and paging options. Paged but no reply.

Stopped en-route from Tucson to Lakeland for SunNFun 2008. Due to recent storm damage, the power was out. They worked for over an hour trying to connect the self serve fuel pump to a generator. I reached a point where I had to depart in order to continue flying in the day. I always land with enough fuel to takeoff and fly somewhere else for fuel. The folks at this airport did their best to get me fuel. It just didn't work out this time. Maybe next year...

Stopped for a meeting in Clinton. Quiet airport with nice facilities very good fuel prices. Called ahead to confirm crew car availability and when I arrived there was no one in the FBO. Randy, from the college went out of his way to get the key for me. Thanks again!... I'll be back.

My wife and I frequently fly into M16 to visit with my parents who live a few miles north in Clinton, MS. The airport is absolutely wonderful, clean and friendly in every possible way. The small 1940s terminal is a great place to visit.

Had to stop due to weather, don't like flying an R-22 in the rain, and found an absolute peach of an airport manager named Michelle who hangared the aircraft for the night and gave me a ride to a hotel and arranged to pick me up in the morning. Terrific facility and people I won't hesitate to stop again even if I don't need fuel or hangar space.
