Great service at Cherokee when we diverted to Marsh Harbour because of thunderstorms at Treasure Cay. Customer service supervisor Tammy Taylor made sure everything went smoothly. Customs is available inside Cherokee and the officer even came out to the plane so we didn't have to unload. Left the plane at Cherokee when weather didn't improve. After talking with the line supervisor I was comfortable they knew how to tow and fuel an MU-2. Departure was just as good. I called in a fuel order before leaving TC and the airplane was properly fueled and up front when we arrived at Cherokee. Outbound customs was easy and the line crew helped with our baggage while I paid the fuel bill. Cherokee collects the departure tax and landing fee, so they can be included in the same credit card transaction with the fuel. Cherokee definitely understands how to deliver good customer service and made what could have been an unpleasant experience enjoyable.
Flew in twice in 210. Service has been good. Line service is particularly helpful.
