Odyssey Aviation Bahamas is an independent FBO brand in The Bahamas with two full service FBO locations in Nassau (MYNN) and Exuma (MYEF). And two handling only locations in Eleuthera - Governors Harbour (MYEM) & Rock Sound (MYER).
Odyssey Aviation Exuma offers a full service FBO operating out of a BRAND NEW FACILITY (Jan. 2012)! It is the first ever FBO at the Exuma International Airport. The FBO includes Customs and Immigration in the facility.
We consider our arriving guests the utmost priority and work with flight departments to appear as a seamless extension of their service. We prepare all necessary paperwork ahead of time. Upon arrival, a Customer Service Professional meets every aircraft and escorts the guests through Customs and Immigration and on to their transportation, creating a hassle-free and relaxing visit. |

Spoke with Deatra at Odyssey and she made me feel welcomed before I left home. On arrival, she and her staff gave us the royal treatment, taking care of paperwork, customs, & refueling. Outbound was the same. Gracious & professional staff.

After a week of mission work in the mountains of Haiti, Exuma was our first stop, and we had planned to top off and then fly up to Staniel Cay for the night. We were met by Katie from Odyssey in the Customs building, and she helped us make sure our paperwork was filled out correctly, even filling out a copy of a Transire for us. Once we were through Customs and the plane was topped off, we were ushered into the Odyssey office to pay (credit card accepted) for fuel. As it turned out, we were too late to depart, and ended up overnighting on the island. Katie was extraordinarily helpful and generous, and the next morning she handled customs paperwork and fees for us, so we never even had to walk into the Customs building. In all, this FBO has it figured out to a T. I give them an outstanding recommendation!

Contacted this FBO by phone and then email. Staff members Deatra and Katie were very responsive and friendly, and quickly gave me all the information I needed about flying to MYEF. They offered to arrange for whatever aviation services I needed. No parking fees except for one-time facility fee of $10. Although I haven't visited there yet, my contact with this FBO has been a very pleasant experience and I'm sure my aircraft and I would be well looked after.
