		Very professional and friendly customer service. I stopped in Nassau for a few days in our light jet and the ladies behind the desk were very helpful; they helped complete all paperwork, assured the bags were handled properly and waited with us until we were on our way in a taxi. I highly recommend Odyssey for great service, reasonable fees, and professional attentiveness.

		Odyssey should be your FIRST choice of FBO's in Nassau. Erica and the staff took care of everything from customs, baggage, ground transportation and aircraft service. We have never experienced better service anywhere. Consistently good service is why we would not consider any other FBO in Nassau. Thanks Odyssey for taking such good care of us while in the Bahamas!

		Great experience at Odyssey. I stopped in for fuel and a daytrip from the out islands and got 'jet service' in my Cherokee Six. The agent at the counter even took care of the immigration paperwork for us. I won't hesitate to go back.

		Everyone at Odyssey was fantastic. It was our first time to the Bahamas and they made the process very easy. Fees for a Cessna 310 were reasonable. $20 Landing, $15 Facility, $20 Ramp and $18 per night parking. They have phones to US Customs and Filing an Intl Flight Plan is done through Fax. Will be back for sure!!!

		Randy Rolle and the crew at Odyssey were FANTASTIC!!! They took care of everything we needed while based there island hopping for 4 days. I mean Everything- customs, transportation to the hotel, rental car at North Eleuthra, contact at Staniel Cay- They are Great!!!

		This was our second visit Odyssey and it was excellent just as it was last January. The staff is extremely helpful with all the customs paper work, and made the entire experience a pleasure. The Odyssey staff pulled the airplane up in front of the door, and all we had to do was call for the clearance and off we went. Would highly recommend.

		The staff there was absolutely amazing. Everything from literally walking us through immigration and customs to getting the plane fueled. They were all very friendly and helpful. One of the island pilots we flew with said it is the FBO of choice for him and his friends, and now I know why.

		Odyssey is really an example that all FBO's should strive to be. Great service from our arrival to departure. Odyssey agents met us on arrival and immediately carried our luggage from the airplane to the FBO. While I put covers on the airplane, they filled out all my custom forms for me. All I had to do was walk in and jump in the cab they had arranged and off we went. The cab I might mention was $55 from the airport to Atlantis. On departure they completely took care of everything and even filled out the customs paperwork for us. Everyone was extremely professional and treated us like VIP's. Would strongly recommend this FBO for your next arrival. We will surely be back to Odyssey on our next trip to the islands.

		First class operation. Fantastic job. The line guy came out to the airplane and helped with the bags. The Customs Girl came out to the airplane and literally walked me and my party through customs without a hitch. My pre arranged taxi was there and waiting. GV service for a guy in a Bonanza. Thank you so much!!! The only critique I could make was the line guy seemed miffed that I parked right in front where all the other airplanes we're unloading their passengers. If I pull up to an FBO and nobody is there waving at me and telling me where to park, I'm going to park where I want. Get out there faster next time. Ya'll knew I was coming.

		Take any apprehension you may have about flying into the Bahamas and particularly this airport, and leave it behind! The staff at Odyssey will quite literally walk you through customs. It will be a stress free adventure that you will kick yourself for not doing a long time ago. We flew in with a 182 on a very busy concert weekend and we were still treated to VIP service. Visited Friday afternoon and a return trip on Sunday to bring home my passengers. Both visits exceeded my expectations. With EAPIS going into effect a few more computers for pilots would be helpful, but something tells me this FBO, and staff will be ahead of the curve. The desk staff, and line service should be commended for their superb customer service. Well-done Odyssey!

		I fly out of West Palm Beach Florida. After my most recent visit to MYNN, everyone on board agreed this would be our last. Overpriced, poor service, the food is mediocre and my experience at Odyssey at MYNN was not good. If you want something tropical, fly to the Florida Keys. Keep your money at home. Take the extra hundreds the Bahamians gouge you for, and donate it to a charity or take some kids flying. Just my 2 cents.

		THIS is the place to stop for excellent customer service, services and customs. They were incredibly helpful and walked me thru the whole 'entry' process. Customs and Immigration were right in their building. Cab was very pricey for the ride to town, though. My sincere thanks for your assistance! Make sure departing a/c CALL US Customs before departure, as well as file and use ADCUS!
