My daughter and I flew up to Cherry Ridge last Sunday Oct 19th for breakfast. It was a beautiful day to sit in restaurant and watch the changing leaves and enjoy the food. Last trip here we saw a bear crossing the runway. Nice place, good food.

Great food, one of the best biggest burgers I've ever had. If you ever get the chance stop and eat there. Very nice people. We 100 mile and it was good enough, that we'll do it again soon. Winter hours will be Wed thur Sunday 7-3 I think the sign said.

Very nice airport restaurant! In the last three month, I stopped there 4-5 times, because the food is excellent, the service is fast and very nice, and the prices are very cheap! I highly recommend it to everybody!

Flew out for breakfast on 12/28. I've been there 3 or 4 times now and food has always been great. Martha is the best and the prices are very reasonable. The cafe sits right along side the runway, which gives you a great view of the planes coming and going. Give them a try you'll be satisfied.

Have you tried the new homefries--greatest homefries this side of the Mississippi. Don’t forget to say hello to Martha.

Stopped in early Sunday morning on my first trip to N30. Easy airport to find, and parking is right in front of the cafe. Martha was very sweet and the food was good too. Hours are Thurs-Sun 7am-3: 30pm. Will definitely be back.

Was visiting Hawley for the weekend with my girlfriend and stopped by the Airport Cafe for breakfast. Great food and great service. Martha was very friendly and helped me find a CFI to take me on a scenic flight to check out the region and the Lake nearby. The deck offers a great view of the runway to watch students and pilots alike 'fine tune' their short field landings/take-offs :)

We had an excellent breakfast today, as usual, and the service was excellent also. The staff was friendly and I was greeted before I even made it to the restaurant. This place can be extremely crowded on weekends, especially when the "after church" crowd arrives. I either visit during the week, or early A.M. And have always been pleased. Well worth the trip.

Flew in 8/6 for late breakfast and was seated at 11:35am. Didn't receive our meal until sometime after 12:45. Waitstaff was plentiful, polite and reasonably attentive, but obviously kitchen staff is unable to efficiently handle anything close to a full house...as was evidenced by the time it took to prepare an egg sandwich, some egg whites and a bagel. Management should consider cross training waitstaff to pick up the slack in the kitchen...otherwise airport and airport diner are a very nice setting, but I would hesitate to return because of my experience today...too bad.

Restaurant has been re-opened (Wed thru Sun) under new management for over a year. Great food at reasonable prices--and they now have a Pilots' Shop downstairs.

My co-pilot and I enjoyed nice juicy burgers, cooked just right. Big enough we used a knife and fork on them. Yum..... Martha also helped arrange some transportation for us over to the Triple W for some horseback riding.

Having heard good reports about the Airport Cafe, we flew in from the Tri-Cities Airport in Endicott, NY. All reports were accurate, the Cafe had interesting decor and artifacts, but more importantly the food was excellent. Equally appealing was the friendliness of the staff especially Martha. It is refreshing to find an excellent restaurant on an airport. I intend to be making many more flights to Cherry Ridge!!

We called ahead to check on weather conditions before departing for a late breakfast flight. They said the runway was plowed and airplanes were flying. We departed from Robert J Miller airport (KMJX) with no snow and 40 deg F and flew to a winter wonderland. It was cold when we landed at Cherry Ridge but felt the warmth as we walked up the stairs to the restaurant. The food and service was fantastic. We totally enjoyed our breakfast/flight experience.

Coming from someone who is based at an airport with a good restaurant (Sky Manor-N40), Cherry Ridge is one our favorite breakfast/lunch destinations when we just have to go flying and are looking for something relatively close by. The food is great, prices reasonable and the staff is very nice.
