Stopped by on 10-04-09 for a picnic lunch. The tiedown area and self-serve fuel pumps are in good shape, although there is no receipt printer for the fuel. The pilot's lounge area includes outdoor picnic tables plus an indoor kitchen, bathroom, and living-room area, which was quite nice to have when it started raining. Combination to the door is simply the frequency we all use for Flight Watch. Sodas are available for $0.50. A sleepy, cute little airport. We'll be back.

What a great town! My wife and I went on a long weekend vacation to Willits. There is a FABULOUS Inn and Spa at Baechtel Creek Inn & Spa. Better service there than some 4 and 5 star hotels. Amber and Melissa were kind enough to pick us up and drop us off at the airport (5 miles from the Inn). The massage was unbelievable. Great prices for lodging, which includes an expanded continental breakfast. The room were nicely upgraded and tastefully appointed consistent with a three to four star hotel. I can't say enough good things about this place. The airport is small and the runway does slope noticeably. What a great weekend...
