Stopped into Coolidge on a short cross-country, what a fun airport. Charlie at the FBO is great, and most helpful. Lots of interesting planes to watch and look at, you never know what's going to land next. They have an excellent fly-in Breakfast on the first Saturday of the month during the cooler months. Good price on fuel and friendly airport.

Coolidge is a great place to hang out and watch everything from Aerobatics to skydiving, to formula racing. Be careful of the heavy student pilot traffic in the area, they don't always seem to be paying attention to other traffic. The fuel island is easy to get to and easy to use.

Great place, few flight students, cheap gas, war birds all around - Love it!
