Late post, but just have to comment. I have nothing but excellent to say about Dale, Patty and the FBO. Four of us arrived late on Friday afternoon, 30 Aug en route to White Horse. Weather changed and we became stranded overnight. Dale and Patty helped arrange lodging for the night, and a wonderful meal at a local restaurant. Next morning we departed. The FBO had great fuel price, perfect pilot lounge, with food, drinks, computer, Internet and heat. This is the only fuel stop between White Horse and points west in Alaska, especially for a light single. Please support their efforts to get CBP to station an officer there. When North Way closed at the end of Sept, single engine props will not be able to reach Alaska overland. Stop by for fuel, enjoy the facilities and help keep AK accessible by land.

Way too cool of a stop. The pilot lounge is like I have never seen before. Couch, comfortable chairs, DirecTV. The pantry with soup, chili and other comfort food. Sodas. All with the honor system for payment. PC with Internet access and wifi on site. And, the fuel system works great. What a stop, came back two more times to refuel. Great set up, thank you.
