Outstanding service! From the line to the CSR's, everyone was very professional. Middle of September being pelted by rain and wind gusting over 40 knots, not a very pleasant day, but that didn't stop these pro's from accomplishing their mission to serve the customer, great job by all!

Ketchikan was the entry port for our great Alaska adventure in our Malibu Mirage. Great folks and professional service. They helped with a crew car and great info on what to do and where to eat.

The first time we came for an overnight and fuel. They parked us down in a lower ramp that was covered in stones and derelict airplanes all around. The next time we only stopped for fuel and the fuel truck was empty which pumped the dregs of the fuel tank into our tanks. The gas person did not know how to use the backup truck. There seems to be a lack of management at the FBO. They are the only game in town so maybe they don't care.

Interesting stop. Flight service helped out calling traffic; we landed on the hard surface runway, which is elevated well above the water channel in which floatplanes were landing parallel with us. Fun. Then we coasted downhill whee! into the parking ramp. Not really that steep but it makes a visual impression. Aero lent us a crew car and we took it on the ferry to town. Ate at Anna Belles, decent meal, and lots of other choices. Fuel is expensive but a good stop for hopping over Canada. Had to fly a back course localizer departure to the north before being cleared south. ATC will not allow you to provide your own terrain clearance.
