From Elizabeth Smith on 08-Jan-2007 I called Air Service to advise them that our arrival date would be 3 days earlier than originally scheduled (I gave plenty of notice) and asked if they could change our hotel rooms they booked for us...I got an e-mail from Air Service confirming that the dates had been changed. The day before departure I called the hotel to confirm the reservation and they had no record of our early arrival date. We wound up having to pay for rooms that in the end we were not able to use. I sent the CSR Manager the e-mail I received with the confirmation numbers and the name of the CSR who I had been working with to show proof that our reservation was changed. Air Service took NO responsibility nor offered any restitution for failing to change the reservation as promised. For that reason we will consider Bradley Pacific for our fueling needs in the future.
